Located in the beach resort of Pefkos – on Rhodes’ eastern coast – this stylish villa blends traditional and contemporary interiors to create a thoroughly welcoming stay. 

Its stone exterior blends seamlessly into the craggy rocks that create a scenic backdrop, while in front of the villa the blue swathes of the Aegean Sea stretch out before you. 

Wake up to glorious sea views in the two upstairs bedrooms before heading down for an afternoon of sunbathing and swimming by the private pool. When the sun gets too hot, cool down under the outdoor shower or retreat to the shaded patio area for a cold drink and a bite to eat. Evenings call for dinners in the stone-walled living area while the breeze flows through the open doors followed by starlit soaks in the pool’s Jacuzzi before heading to bed for a blissful night’s sleep. 

When you’re not hanging out in your relaxing villa, make a beeline for sandy Plakia Beach (a seven-minute walk away) or hop in your car to explore Landos and its clifftop acropolis, a ten-minute drive away. 


Eleni

At this villa, style, tradition and functionality work in perfect harmony. Exposed stone walls, wooden beams on the ceilings and glossy marble flooring honour the home's roots, but contemporary comforts abound. There's the sparkling pool with hydromassage jets ideal for cooling off on balmy afternoons, the jacuzzi bathtub fit for relaxing in the evenings and the fully-equipped kitchen that has everything you'll need to rustle up a Mediterranean feast. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and cosy, but step out onto the terrace and you'll have a postcard-perfect view of the sea. Whether you're lazing about on the poolside lounge chairs or sharing a bottle of bubbly under the stars, the ocean is your backdrop – we can't think of a more idyllic setting.

Even better than the views is the location, just a seven-minute stroll to Plakia Beach. There are a few waterfront eateries nearby, but the real action is in Pefki, a quick five-minute car ride. By day, it's a popular spot for snorkelling and relaxing on the sand, but at night, the beachside tavernas, bars and restaurants come alive with music. You'll have even more choices for shopping, dining and sightseeing in bustling Lindos, a ten-minute drive away. 

On Melodious Winds

Blue, white and dazzling brightly beneath Rhodes’ ever-shining sun, this villa in the village of Kolympia is full of serene vibes to get you right in a holiday mood. Inside, splashes of marine hues, modern furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows create a feeling of instant calm in the living room while the bedrooms with their sea-inspired art, tiled floors and white walls invite you to wake up feeling refreshed, ready for a day of utter relaxation. Sit down for breakfast in the sleek kitchen, or pour yourself a coffee to enjoy poolside while you watch the sunrise over Tsampika Hill. Then stake your claim on one of the sun-loungers framing the private pool, or jump straight into its cool, inviting waters. If you can bear to tear yourself away from your haven, you’ll find Kolympia Beach’s golden sands just a twenty-minute walk away (or less than a five-minute drive from your home) and a parade of tavernas lining its shores. After a day of lounging or exploring the local area, fire up the barbecue for an alfresco feast beneath the pergola, before taking a final nighttime dip and retreating to your comfortable beds. 


Helios' Crown

The Greek islands are steeped in ancient beauty. In Rhodes, the rocky coastline, golden beaches and white-washed buildings inspire a sense of serenity. And this home is no exception. Set in a peaceful garden just a short walk from the beach of Kolympia, the minimalist exterior sets the tone for what you can expect inside. Pared-back design allows the natural elements of the surroundings to shine. Tastefully decorated, the living area, kitchen and dining room are light and spacious, while the crystal artwork radiates ease and tranquillity throughout the home. There’s plenty of space to relax here with room for up to six people. The soothing tones of the bedrooms enhance the retreat-like atmosphere of the setting. After a restful night’s sleep, make your way out into the garden to breathe in the fresh island air before swimming a few laps in the pool. Make plans to explore the island’s rich cultural heritage. The capital with its medieval Old Town, shops and restaurants, is only a thirty-minute drive away. As the day draws to a close, you’ll love relaxing with drinks on the spacious terrace before heading over to the covered dining area for a Grecian inspired feast. 


Sky Light

Forget any Mamma Mia!-inspired visions of rustic Greek island living – this villa is as sleek and modern as they come. We can’t get enough of the earthy, neutral tones, which exude a calm that will put you in the holiday mindset as soon as you walk in the door. Open up the doors beyond the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area to reach the villa’s stunning pool and terrace. It’s here that you’ll be refreshed with a cooling dip or take a siesta on the inviting cabana bed, perhaps after making the climb to the nearby Lindos Acropolis (it’s worth it for the spectacular views) or exploring the village of Pefki and its pristine sandy beach. Come the evening, fire up the grill and enjoy dinner alfresco on the terrace.

Heracles

Breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea await at this modern villa. The beach is only steps away from the back door – with the water so close, you might even catch a glimpse of a sea nymph or two.

Tranquillity abounds here, and the open-plan interiors are ideal for a large group of friends and families wanting to unwind and connect. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow you to open up the home and let the salty breeze in. Wake up to the soothing serenade of lapping waves or sit back with a drink in hand and admire the scenery. If you want to stay active, the home gym is just the ticket, or if you prefer the outdoors, a jog along the shore wouldn’t go amiss. 

The charming town of Lindos is nearby if you want to do some exploring. A 30km drive, you can discover the tavernas serving traditional Greek fare, as well as climb to the top of its Acropolis.

Tangerine Seas

Just a five-minute drive from Rhodes’ romantic Seven Springs gorge, this home feels like a private oasis meant for pure relaxation. With its dramatic exposed stone walls, eye-catching light features, lofty ceilings and huge windows, this villa feels like an extension of its nearby natural wonder. We love the bedrooms’ low platform beds positioned against the craggy surface of the walls, the jungle-like houseplants that add pops of emerald green to their otherwise earthy tones and the hanging chairs that invite you to cosy up in them with a good book. Wake up and open the bedrooms’ sliding doors to the garden where a shimmering pool awaits. Take cool dips in its refreshing waters, then stake your claim on one of the sun chairs to work on your tan. If you feel tempted by the call of the sea, Kolymbia Beach is just over a ten-minute walk away while Tsampika Beach is reachable by car in ten. After a day in your garden paradise or splashing in the sea, fire up the barbecue on the shaded terrace while watching the sunset over the rugged Tsampika Hills before taking a final moon-lit swim. 


Hope Springs

Life on the farm doesn't get much better than this. Set on the outskirts of Salakos village, in the lush foothills of Mount Prophitis Ilias, it's a high-end villa surrounded by rich agricultural land. Olive groves, walnut trees and nearby glasshouses producing fruit and vegetables make this a slice of rural heaven, and every morning you'll be brought fresh produce, olive oil, eggs and bread from the farm.

Away from it all but just a fifty-minute drive from Rhodes Town, here you'll be able to experience a slower pace of life. Bask on your enormous deck, find a shady spot beneath the palms in your private garden or swim and play all day in your pool. An elegant and charming home, it's been built in the traditional style with plenty of character – think vaulted ceilings, bare stone walls and plenty of natural wood. It sits perfectly in its serene surroundings. 

Our pick of the rooms has to be the main living room here. With its open layout and fabulous high ceilings, there's something quite Hollywood about it. We love the leather sofas, the sleek, black kitchen and the green-framed window walls. But there's much more to explore, with a second living space and three beautiful bedrooms. There's even a home gym if you're feeling like some exercise.

In the evenings, light the barbecue and eat outside under the stars, or head into the village (where you'll find a couple of small eateries) or to the coast at Kamiros Beach for dinner in a seaside taverna. And there's plenty to explore locally too – don't miss a visit to the butterfly valley, the seven springs and a chance to go wine tasting.

Agrology Lux

Only a stone's throw from golden sands, this idyllic hideaway sits in the unspoiled village of Gennadi. In this sun-kissed spot of Rhodes, you may find yourself sipping ouzo in one of the beach bars or tucking into traditional moussaka in a nearby taverna alongside the locals. Just down the road, Lindos will capture your heart with its boutique-lined streets and the ancient clifftop citadel. Further inland, the Ingos Hilltop also offers a perfect run for hikers.

Ideal for travellers seeking serenity, this white-washed villa prioritises relaxation. Greet the morning out on the balcony ahead of a hearty breakfast in the sleek kitchen-diner – we couldn't think of a better place to plan out some island adventures with your loved ones. Once you return, dip your toes into the plunge pool and share an alfresco kebab on the laidback terrace. How about a post-dinner game of darts before watching a romantic sunset? Then, enjoy a relaxing soak in the whirlpool bath.

The Sea Must Whisper

Of course, we appreciate it's not enough to simply witness the breathtaking surroundings – you probably want to explore it for yourselves. Luckily, the villa is ideally located to visit the gorgeous beaches adorning Rhodes' shoreline. 

To fully immerse yourself into the leisurely Greek lifestyle, wander into the various tavernas welcoming you to try the authentic cuisine and mingle with the friendly locals. 



Where Earth Meets The Sea

With plenty to do nearby, this beautiful home sets you up to explore all that Rhodes has to offer, but how much of it you’ll see hinges on your ability to leave this home behind. 

Afandou lies minutes away, waiting to accept beach lovers with deep-blue water and golden sand. The iconic Rhodes Acropolis is a must-see and only on the other end of a short drive – and so is the famed Butterflies Valley. Much closer to visit is the Seven Springs, where you can find a restaurant hidden within a forest named for its seven springs. If you’re not eating there, you might stop at the taverna along the way for an authentic greek lunch.

If you’re spending the day at home, we recommend lazy mornings in the sunshine with a good book or a sketch pad. Play games of Marco Polo in the private swimming pool and let the wine and conversation flow as you tuck yourself away in the shade of the covered terrace. Light the fire around lunch and grill octopus with veggie skewers that you can enjoy al fresco at the outdoor dining table. 

Helios' Hideout

You can expect to do some serious alfresco entertaining from the sun-kissed terraces of this charming villa. Surrounded by established gardens filled with tumbling magenta bougainvillaea and just a short flip-flop from the beach – this place is everything you've been dreaming of.

Sunny days call for bobbing about that impressive private pool and lolling about the many shady verrandas and quiet nooks. When tummies start to rumble, spill out around the marble-clad dining table of the outdoor kitchen for lazy alfresco lunches of meze plates. You can sneak in that second glass of crisp Retsina as little ones keep busy on the play fort and swings – all under your watchful gaze from the terrace. 

In need of a post-lunch siesta? Then slope away to the free-flowing living spaces inside. With lofty vaulted ceilings and a muted, restful palette uniting the space, it's the perfect retreat from the day's heat. Then all that's left to do is get together in that bubbling hot tub for cocktails as dusk settles over the surrounding hillsides – the sunset views are a knockout. 

When the dazzling sea finally lures you, the postcard-pretty beach of Kolymbia is just a 600-metre stroll as the crow flies. With its calm-blue waters, water sports action, bustling beachside tavernas and magnificent vistas of the impressive Tsambika mountain, its appeal is crystal clear. And just a smidge further, you'll find picturesque Tsambika Beach (a 2.1km drive). Its soft sandy shores and dramatic rocky setting make this hands-down one of Rhode's most beautiful beaches.
