Sandwiched between the soft sand of Kavos and Pefki beaches, this oceanfront villa puts the crystal shallows of Rhodes’ southern shore approximately twenty paces from your swimming pool terrace. Heading barefoot down the private path, you’ll find two wooden decks right on the waterfront, furnished with loungers and swathed with white billowing curtains. A sheltered bay makes this the perfect swim spot. Watch boats cut across the crystal-clear sea from here, or up on the first-floor terrace where a fire pit makes for the perfect accompaniment to a stunning island sunset. As well as a swimming pool, the main terrace has a manicured lawn with an ancient olive tree at its centre and dining for the whole group on the shaded patio. 

The villa’s interior combined contemporary minimalism and Dodecanese tradition with vibrant works of modern art adorning white stone walls. Each piece of furniture feels as though it’s been picked from an interior design magazine, with a Southeast Asian feel to hand-carved wardrobes and lacquered desks. Slate floors keep things cool underfoot and exposed stone archways and fireplaces are a nod to tradition.

There's just no beating a home like this. Right on the beach and with a huge terrace overlooking the water, it's a sleek, modern home with plenty of space for a large group. One for the water babies, every morning you'll have the choice of swimming in the crystal clear sea or the perfect private pool. 

Inside, this stunning home is a symphony of white, with colour coming in the form of bright orange window frames throughout. There's a large, open-plan living space with a fireplace for the cooler months and a comfy sofa area, along with a long dining table and a high-spec kitchen. One of our favourite features is the glazed inner courtyard, where giant cacti, volcanic rocks and the little matter of an indoor palm tree make quite a statement. Bedrooms are all bright and comfortable, with some opening straight onto the terrace, while one has a mezzanine level and its own seating area.  

Just a twenty-minute drive from Lindos, known for its fabulous restaurants and nightlife, you'll also be a fifteen-minute drive from the windsurfing beach at Prasonisi, with supermarkets even closer. Best of all, you're just a five-minute drive from one of the island's most famous beach bars.

Set on the outskirts of Salakos village, in the lush foothills of Mount Prophitis Ilias, it's a high-end villa surrounded by rich agricultural land. Olive groves, walnut trees and nearby glasshouses producing fruit and vegetables make this a slice of rural heaven, and every morning you'll be brought fresh produce, olive oil, eggs and bread from the farm.

Away from it all but just a fifty-minute drive from Rhodes Town, here you'll be able to experience a slower pace of life. Bask on your enormous deck, find a shady spot beneath the palms in your private garden or swim and play all day in your pool. An elegant and charming home, it's been built in the traditional style with plenty of character – think vaulted ceilings, bare stone walls and plenty of natural wood. It sits perfectly in its serene surroundings. 

Our pick of the rooms has to be the main living room here. With its open layout and fabulous high ceilings, there's something quite Hollywood about it. We love the leather sofas, the sleek, black kitchen and the green-framed window walls. But there's much more to explore, with a second living space and three beautiful bedrooms. There's even a home gym if you're feeling like some exercise.

In the evenings, light the barbecue and eat outside under the stars, or head into the village (where you'll find a couple of small eateries) or to the coast at Kamiros Beach for dinner in a seaside taverna. And there's plenty to explore locally too – don't miss a visit to the butterfly valley, the seven springs and a chance to go wine tasting.

But with a long, sandy beach and clean swimming water on your doorstep, you may find you have all you need right here.

Inside, a mix of contemporary styling and traditional elements gives this place a timeless feel, with all-white walls and cool, tiled floors. There's an open-plan living area with a well-kitted-out kitchenette and sliding doors opening to the terrace, while the bedrooms are calm and spacious – one leading out to a tiny courtyard. This trendy villa faces the sea, and you'll soak up glittering views of the Mediterranean from almost every room. However, we don't think you'll be spending long indoors considering what's waiting for you ouside - an extensive patio area with a swimming pool, sun loungers, and hammocks, all facing the sea. You could easily spend all day here, starting your day with breakfast at the outdoor dining table and finishing with a barbecue as the sun goes down. You can't leave Greece without taking a dip in the Med though, and it's just a short stroll to Lachania Beach. We'd also recommend driving to nearby Gennadi, which hosts beach parties during the summer and is home to quaint Greek tavernas. If history is your calling, it's just a 30-minute drive to Lindos where you can visit the incredible Acropolis. However, we understand if you choose to spend all day on your own patio, lazing on a sun lounger with a book and enjoying drinks as the sunsets.

Surrounded by traditional villages and pretty beaches, you can have an authentic Rhodes experience – we highly recommend making the very short drive to the golden sands of Kiotari. There’s a study here if you’re staying for a while and need to work remotely, which also contains a single sofa bed which would be ideal for a child. The garden is the heart of this home, featuring a private pool, portable barbecue and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.

Set just 150 metres from the beach and with the bustle of Pefkos Village all within walking distance, the location of this charming villa on the eastern coast of Rhodes is spot-on. Inside, the interiors may feel a little pared back for some, but the exposed stonework is a lovely, characterful touch. When you’re not down at the beach, you’ll love the small but beautifully formed pool with views of the sea for a cooling dip and shady terraces beneath the mature olive trees.

Welcome to the first of our three-floor villa, being the tallest building in the area this house offers amazing panoramic view from all bedrooms, as each one overlookes the majestic Aegean sea and the surrounding unique landscape.

The entire villa is themed in a contemporary industrial style, showcasing concrete ceilings, metal fixtures and stoned grey tiles.

This villa offers 3 separate bedrooms each with a king size bed that can accommodate comfortably up to 6 guests.

On the ground floor you will find a full size, fully equipped and stocked kitchen for all your culinary adventures there's an interior dinning area able to accommodate comfortably up to eight guests as well as a lounge area and a guest bathroom.

On the exterior and at the spacious terrace you'll find your large private swimming pool and the individual heated jacuzzi.

There's also a pergola with a dining table for your morning coffee or your late-night dinner in total isolation and privacy.

Going up on the first floor you'll find two large bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a hallway with a large closet and an oversized bathroom with twin sinks and a walk in shower.

On the top floor there's our beautiful penthouse suite with its own private bathroom, a large terrace with its own sunbeds and lounge chairs should you wish to bask in the sun in privacy while overlooking the sea at your feet.

All of the villas in this complex share some common aspects like, unique amenities, large private pools, individual heated jacuzzies, iPad's, portable Bluetooth speakers, satellite televisions with Netflix and PlayStation's with pre-installed online games.

Hairdryers and safes are found in all houses and all kitchens are fully equipped and stocked (upon arrival), they all offer washing machines, irons and ironing boards and so much more. Everything needed to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible.

Amara Retreat

With its sun-trap terrace and close proximity to the sea, this family-size villa commands outdoor living. The interiors embrace Greek simplicity – rooms are uncluttered, functional and comfortable. Throw open the glass doors to the open-plan living space and let a fresh Mediterranean breeze drift through the home. Catch up over an espresso at the dining table or slip outside to find a shady spot on the patio. 

When it’s time for lunch, grill up a storm on the barbecue and serve alongside freshly picked vegetables from your garden. If an afternoon snooze is on the cards, retreat to the self-contained studio or pick out a lounger by the poolside. 

Spend the rest of the day exploring Rhodes – we recommend beginning with a trip to Plakia Beach, a five-minute walk away. History buffs should make a beeline for the clifftop Acropolis at Lindos, reached in ten minutes by car, while nature enthusiasts will delight in a wander around the serene Rhodescape Park.

You have to visit the city of Rhodes while you're here too. Admire its Medieval architecture and sample the many foodie delights dotted throughout the city. However you spend your time here, every moment promises to be enriched by the refreshing spirit of this beachside location. 

From here, it’s just a ten-minute drive to both Lardos and Lindos – perfect for sightseeing and connecting with the island’s cultural heritage. Nature lovers will also appreciate the close proximity to the Epta Piges nature reserve with its seven springs, while the coast is brimming with opportunities for water sports and boat trips.

Stillness at Dawn

Located just metres away from Lothiarika Beach, this beachfront house invites guests to enjoy the best of Rhodes easily and conveniently. You'll be able to walk straight onto the beach from the moment you set foot outside the villa or soak up the picturesque sea vistas from the comfort of the garden terrace. With a private swimming pool, a shaded barbecue and dining space and an outdoor lounge area, the terrace is undoubtedly the pièce de résistance of this home. Meanwhile, the modern designs inside offer refuge from the sun in a calming environment. Ideally located on the beach, you'll have access to the beach tavernas and a local supermarket just a short walk away.

Situated on Rhodes’ eastern coast, within a short drive of Afandou Beach, is this family-friendly apartment. Pick up a selection of local produce in town (Afantou is within walking distance) to grill up on the barbecue and enjoy an afternoon swim in the private pool. This apartment is spread over two floors, so expect to climb some stairs – though you will find one bedroom on the ground floor. The no-frills interior is modern and comfortable, though, with a private garden and the beach within easy driving distance, you’ll likely want to spend your time soaking up the Greek sun.

You’ll find this yellow-accented home on the eastern shores of Rhodes, in the village of Kolympia. Just a twenty minute walk from the beach and ten minutes from the restaurants, bars, and shops along popular Eucalyptus Street, this home promises a Greek holiday to remember. Known for its long, hot summers, we love how well set up this island home is for indoor-outdoor living. With its large, covered veranda just off the house, we can almost guarantee you’ll be spending the majority of your time outside here. A generously proportioned dining table provides the setting for all your alfresco meals – which can be cooked on the adjacent built-in barbecue, while the outdoor living area offers a place for naps, chats, morning coffees, and evening drinks. There’s even a TV mounted to the wall should you feel the need for a little light entertainment. And of course, then there’s the pool. Forming the centrepiece of the enclosed garden, the pool is bound to also form the centrepiece of your stay here – whether floating on the cadre of inflatables you bring along with you, relaxing on one of the many sun loungers, or splashing around in the deep end, this is where the holiday happens.

Olympic Gold

Set within olive groves as ancient as the hills surrounding it and with bright blue shutters aplenty, this intimate, newly-built villa couldn’t be more charming if it tried. And with one of the island’s longest and most beloved beaches, Kalathos, perched just a 400-metre stroll away, locations don’t come much better either.

Spend sunny days bobbing about that private pool, swinging from the cocoon chair and lolling about beneath the shade of the olive trees on the loungers. You can always escape the heat of the day over on the covered terrace for lazy alfresco lunches – followed by a cheeky siesta in the gloriously clutter-free and free-flowing living spaces inside. And there’ll be no need to tussle for the best room here. Both bedrooms offer direct access to those sunkissed terraces and private bathrooms to feel anew.

If you fancy a change of scene from your local beach, a few minutes drive away in Lindos, you'll find the idyllic St Paul’s Bay (ten minutes). And just a smidge further, the postcard-perfect Prasonisi Beach, sitting at the island’s southernmost point. Just be sure to make it home in time for sunset barbecues – the views are magnificent, and the ambient garden lighting will keep the night flowing. Hunker down on the alfresco sofa area with a nightcap and catch yourself a shooting star. 

Olive & Salt

...The last of our three-story villas, is also suited to accommodate up to six people as well.

Themed with the same industrial concept as the previous ones has a similar layout and accommodates 6 guests comfortably in three separate bedrooms.

Two bedrooms each one with a king size bed are situated on the first floor alongside a walk-in closet room, and a large shared bathroom with twin sinks and a huge walk in shower.

On the top floor you'll find our premium penthouse suite with the most amazing view found on this side of the island. Panoramic view of the entire south coastline at your feet and the surrounding wildlife natural landscape.

Of course it has its own private bathroom alongside a changing area and its own individual terrace with sunbeds and lounge chairs for some relaxing time in total isolation.
