Sanctuary of Solitude

This compact villa offers open-plan studio-style space which is best suited to a couple, although the two sofa beds in the living area could be used for children. The wow factor here is the spectacular view across the Aegean Sea to the caldera, which can be enjoyed from the private hot tub, balcony and living area. There is a basic kitchenette for making coffee and snacks but there aren’t the facilities for cooking proper meals here. Luckily breakfast is included and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The coastal town of Oia, with its whitewashed houses carved into the cliffs, is on your doorstep and the rocky beach of Ammoudi, perfect for swimming, is less than a mile away.




Santorini Escape

Set amid Finikia's traditional tavernas and hilly hiking trails, we think you'll fall in love with the arches and alcoves inside this villa. While a leafy pergola and private pool invite everyone to relax alfresco, perhaps you'll pamper yourself with a professional massage instead. Fancy admiring the seascape while lounging in a hot tub? Return to the balcony after a jaunt to Oia's Naval Maritime Museum. Though the nearby castle is cherished for its sunset views, guided tours can help you uncover the hidden treasures of Santorini.

Wrapped in Vines

This charming and unpretentious detached house spans a generous 80 square meters and boasts a private courtyard, along with an outdoor Jacuzzi that's heated for your pleasure. Marvel at the stunning vistas of the sea and the sunset from the comfort of your own abode.

The house is designed to provide comfort and sophistication, offering elegant rooms that transport you back to a time two centuries ago when Santorini was still a hidden gem. Up to six guests can be accommodated in this beautifully restored space, featuring a collection of cave rooms that include a spacious living area, dining room, separate bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the sea, so you can prepare your meals while taking in the breathtaking views.

To ensure you have a pleasant stay, the apartment comes equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a 32-inch plasma TV with satellite channels, a stereo, and a CD player. A selection of classical and instrumental music CDs are also provided, as well as books in multiple languages.

Guests can take advantage of the property's ADSL internet connection to stay connected during their stay. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring guests are comfortable throughout their stay. Enjoy a selection of bath amenities in the bathroom, which features a shower. Relax with cable-satellite TV or use the CD/DVD player for entertainment during your stay. Store your belongings in the closet and make use of the coffee facilities available. Daily maid service ensures the room stays clean and tidy throughout your stay. A dining table is available for meals, and each room features a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Check your appearance in the full-length mirror provided and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator and writing desk. Choose from a garden view, sea view, or private balcony/terrace/terrace depending on the room type. Guests can use the hairdryer and magnifying mirror in the room, and enjoy music through the stereo system with CD. Non-smoking rooms are available for guests who prefer a smoke-free environment, and soundproof windows help ensure a peaceful stay. Keep your valuables safe with the safe deposit box provided, and enjoy free Wi-Fi internet access. Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards, with check-out at 11:00. Room service is available until 18:00.

When you're ready to explore, it's just a one-minute walk from the beautiful town of Oia, where elegant bars, fine-dining restaurants and independent shops can be found between the blue-domed churches and whitewashed houses. Alternatively, pack your seaside essentials and head to Ammoudi Beach, just 1.5km from your villa. 

Santorini Close-Ups

From the moment we saw the views from this villa in the village of Firostefani, we were sold. Endless stretches of blue radiate from all sides, best enjoyed from the terrace and hot tub. There’s an alfresco dining spot too that’s just waiting to be used for Greek treats in the sun, and when the rays get too strong, you can retreat inside amid the villa’s cool whitewashed walls. There are a few signs of wear and tear in the decor and the kitchen is on the small side. But with Fira just a ten-minute walk away, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to sample the local fare. And when you’re ready for a dip in the sea, pebbly Gialos Beach is 3.5 kilometres from your door.


Sun Shores

This breathtaking home overlooks the caldera of Oia. Recently renovated, it boasts three restful bedrooms, two lavish bathrooms, a tranquil living area, a homely kitchen and two Jacuzzis. One of these is found indoors and emits an intimate vibe, while the other provides an outdoor sanctuary to unwind under the Greek sky. With an understated aesthetic that beautifully complements the raw grandeur of the caldera, this property is transformed into a haven of peace and privacy. Nestled amidst the unique volcanic island of Santorini, in beautified Oia, dramatic views of the Southern Cyclades paint a different picture at every glance, casting an intoxicating spell on its honoured guests. The Oia Oasis

A cave-style home, with panoramic views of Santorini's Caldera – we love it, and we're sure you will too. Imagine waking up to the sounds of the sea and stepping out onto your private balcony for a sfougato breakfast feast, whipped up in your kitchenette. You can even hear the waves from the comfort of your sofa. The balcony door in the living room boasts a fantastic view of the vista, perfect for when those pesky TV adverts come on. The monochromatic decor makes the bright blue hues of the ocean pop even more.

And when it's time to get out and explore, you couldn't be better positioned – you'll be right by the entrance to Oia village, with its Renaissance-era castle (built to guard against pirates) and famous church reachable in just ten minutes. If it's a day at the beach you're after, Ammoundi Bay is a four-minute drive or twenty-minute stroll (make sure you stop by one of the seafood restaurants for lunch). 

Back at home, we think evenings are best spent in the hot tub – half-shaded and given complete privacy by the arch of the staircase, with the other half offering incredible sunset views as you sit back in the bubbling water, with a glass of bubbly in hand (of course). Bliss.

Oia has been described as the most romantic village in Santorini, and it truly lives up to this title. With its rugged clifftops, crystalline waters and unique charm, it really has captured our hearts – just like this beautiful home.

With views across the Caldera, the elegant simplicity of this space allows the natural elements to shine. From the sculptural lines to the soft tones, every detail inspires a sense of effortlessness. No doubt, you’ll find it easy to relax here. Whether you’re enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool or lounging with a book, the mesmerising sea views will serenade you throughout your stay. 

This home is in a great location to experience the magical atmosphere of Oia. Spend an afternoon admiring the traditional architecture, such as the Blue Domed church – a three–minute walk away, or the Byzantine Castle ruins – a six–minute walk. 

Whilst the crowds gather to watch the sunset, you’ll love the feeling of retreating to your own terrace to see the sky turn pink. Enjoy an authentic Greek meal (a private chef can be arranged to cook for you) and share this special place with the ones you love. 

The Infinite Sky

Experience the ultimate in relaxation at this hideaway on the east coast of Santorini. Just minutes from Oia, this is a place where serenity and sea views take centre stage – which, by the way, you can choose to enjoy from the sun-drenched terrace or private pool. Inside, the home is stripped back, simple and modern, with two comfortable bedrooms. It does lack a little natural light in some parts and the kitchenette won’t enable you to cook up a Greek feast, but that’s all the more reason to dine out and sample the local cuisine. 

Golden Shades

Just outside Oia and set to a backdrop of the sparkling Aegean Sea, this converted canava is a true Grecian retreat. Here, smooth lines, white-washed walls and characterful curves dominate the design – we think it's bright, elegant and utterly relaxing. Although it's on the smaller side, everything you'll need is accounted for, from a rainfall shower in the en-suite bath to a compact yet fully-equipped kitchen. 

But it's the dazzling terrace that makes this home extra special. Underneath the arch, you'll find a refreshing plunge pool with whirlpool jets, perfect for late-night dips. On the veranda, you can drink in the unforgettable Santorini sunset (a bottle of wine, optional) and watch as the stars slowly come out overhead. The postcard-worthy views are downright magical – think caldera cliffs, glistening ocean and the famous castle all yours to behold – and the town is only a short walk away when you fancy restaurants, bars or a day of sightseeing.
