With high ceilings and an industrial-chic aesthetic, Concrete Genius is an extraordinary home. Edgy and raw, we’ll never get tired of the polished concrete walls, stylish splashes of colour and the industrial style windows. The garden is also one of a kind and its generous size is a rarity in this part of Tel Aviv. Located in a stunning building, this home benefits from a hotel-style reception with impeccable 24/7 service.

Concrete Genius

This apartment caught our eye for its central location, just a five-minute stroll from the heart of Neve Tzedek. You’ll find an array of boutiques and coffee shops in the neighbourhood, and within ten minutes you could be browsing Carmel market, hitting the beach, or exploring Jaffa Port. The home itself centres around an open-plan living area with the bedroom on a mezzanine level – while it sleeps three, we think it’s best suited to a couple or solo traveller. The kitchen isn’t huge but with Rothschild Boulevard a ten-minute walk away, there are plenty of options for eating out.

The Art Ensemble

Mere minutes from the Tel Aviv Promenade and the beautiful palm-lined beaches beyond, this is a prime location for sun lovers. Though the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, you'll also find several restaurants nearby, including a very popular option for authentic cuisine. The design inside is comfortable, with enough space for six and ample outdoor seating. Apart from the option to dine alfresco, we like the idea of afternoon drinks on the shaded terrace. Plus, the fact that all three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms adds a little extra privacy to the mix.

A Kind of Happiness

In a newly preserved building, this brand new lovely decorated and trendy apartment is located on the famous Sheinkin street. Experience the vibrant atmosphere of Lev HaIr, Tel Aviv-Yafo just steps away. As you step inside, you'll be enchanted by the vintage vibes and unique artistry that fills this urban oasis. The highlight of this retreat is the beautiful 30m2 terrace, complete with a cozy sofa bed, sun bed, and a charming dining table perfect for al fresco meals. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances including a dishwasher, washer, and Nespresso machine. Offering two bedrooms, each with ample closet space, this stylish haven accommodates up to four guests comfortably. Located on the fourth floor with an elevator for convenience.

Trendy Terrace Retreat

Located only two hundred metres away from the Mediterranea Sea, you certainly get a sense of this proximity to the ocean in this bright and airy apartment. Save for the boldly coloured pieces of artwork dotted about, the decor is dominated by a palette of washed-out neutrals, which are the perfect backdrop for the copious amounts of natural light that streams in through the glass doors in the living space. Slide open these very doors and you'll find a cute balcony at prime people-watching height. When you want to venture outside, you simply have to follow the street down for five minutes on foot to reach Frishman Beach and the same amount of time in the opposite direction gets you to Kikar Dizengoff and its impressive fountain.


Once Upon A Turquoise

Found in charming Neve Tzedek, this home acts as a wonderful escape from all of Tel Aviv’s hustle and bustle. With a bohemian chic style and a meticulous eye for detail, it’s the kind of place you look forward to coming home to at the end of a long day of sightseeing. 

The immediate area is filled with things to do – why not check out some of the many art galleries, or catch an event at the Suzanne Dellal Theatre? If you're feeling like it, you could even head to Anita's for some well-deserved ice cream. 

Wander further into the heart of Tel Aviv and find the abundant of inviting eating and drinking spots. Cool bars sit next to welcoming restaurants serving falafel, babaganoush and hummus for an immersion into Israeli cuisine. 

If you're more into sunbathing than sightseeing, the allure of the beach is just minutes away. Sunbathe on the golden sands, punctuated by tropical palm trees for an exotic energy. 

Evenings can be spent indulging in the undoubtedly cool atmosphere of the city, or relaxing back at the apartment. Watch a film on the TV, curled up with a nightcap or enjoy the warmth of the night on the outdoor table.

This beautiful apartment is situated on the Mediterranean coast of the ancient port city of Jaffa. We don't know what we love more about this home – the incredible location or the dreamy rooftop terrace. We'll start at the terrace, a radiant spot that's adorned by comfy seating areas and looks out across the city. Whether you're sitting with a coffee in the morning or a glass of arak at sunset, it's the perfect spot for the whole group to gather. 

Wander down from the terrace and into a light and airy living space. A cute dining table connects the sofa and the kitchen – we suggest settling down here for bites of falafel and hummus before snuggling up on the sofa. 

Once you're well fed and rested, head out of the apartment and explore this sparkling city. Dizengoff Square, home of a sprawling shopping centre, is just five minutes away. On your way there, you'll pass copious cafes, coffee shops and authentic restaurants. 

Head in the other direction and you'll reach the golden sands of Gordon Beach in just a minute. Don't worry if you forget your towel or sunscreen, you can nip home and back in less than five minutes.

Beach Squares

A hop, skip and a jump away from Metzitzim Beach and the cafe-lined seaside promenade, this cool apartment is perfectly placed for exploring. Whether you're keen on boutique shopping, sunbathing on the sand at the city's long stretch of beaches or wining and dining the night away at trendy beachfront cocktail bars, Tel Aviv's Old North neighbourhood isn't a bad spot to call home. It's also just a short drive from popular areas like Old Jaffa and Neve Tsedek, whose village-like lanes are perfect for an afternoon wander.

The apartment itself is sleek and sophisticated. Colourful artwork makes a splash with the otherwise chic, monochrome design – we think it's an absolute haven from the hustle and bustle on your doorstep. Craving a chilled night at home? The plush sofa will sort you out – cuddle up under the cosy throws with a glass of wine and a well-thumbed book. Fancy a home-cooked meal? The glossy kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty – be sure to swing by the Tel Aviv Port Market for some local produce. Need to work remotely? The dining table doubles as a desk – you can respond to those work emails and answer Zoom calls in style. 

Surrounded by the Light

From towering walls of glass in the open living area, you’ve got views of the greenery of Rabin Square in the heart of Tel Aviv. This place lets you know that buzzing food markets, restaurants and boutiques are all on your doorstep, while Gordon Beach is just a twenty-minute stroll away. Finish the day with a drink or two on the private balcony, overlooking Rabin Square, or head inside to the zen-like living room, open and social – perfect for entertaining. Bedrooms are tucked at the back of the building for quiet, and although they’re all queen-size beds, two of the rooms are a little on the small side. 

City Zen

Just like its cultural neighbourhood, Old North, this city apartment balances upscale with understated. The mixture of modern features and stylish flourishes make this address a unique place to stay.

Inspired by the city's Bauhaus architecture, there's a strong industrial influence in this home’s interiors, particularly in the functional concrete ceiling tiles and rich-brown floors, but the crisp white walls, plush furnishings and luscious house plants bring the space into a contemporary realm. Unwind with a glass of arak in your sleek open-plan living space and soak up the vibrancy this location affords you.

The white sands of Frishman Beach take just eleven minutes to reach on foot, while the Beit Lessin Theatre and Bauhaus Center are easily walkable too. After admiring the architecture of your area, return home and prepare a Middle Eastern meze spread for your loved ones. While chatting around the glass dining table, you can plan the next day’s itinerary – perhaps to the old Hatachana train station that has been converted into a museum filled with eateries and boutiques.
