Perched on a hilltop above Yucca Valley, this custom-built house frames sweeping desert and mountain views from almost every room – retractable glass doors dissolve the line between inside and out. The multi-level infinity pool is the centrepiece, glowing after dark and overlooking a private mountainside where the silence is total. When you're ready to come in, a marble en-suite bathtub, a glass-wrapped dining room open to the desert air on two sides, and a basement packed with arcade games and a poker table are all waiting. Big enough for a group, designed like a private retreat.

You'll need a car to make the most of this stay – the villa sits on a hilltop outside town, and everything from groceries to the national park involves a drive. Driveway parking for multiple vehicles is available on site, though there's no on-street parking.
If you're planning any professional photography or video work during your stay, you'll need prior approval and will be subject to production fees, a signed agreement, and insurance requirements. Drones are not permitted on or around the villa due to county restrictions.
