At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed – there's a king-size sofa bed in the games room and a single sofa bed in the upstairs living room.
You'll need a car here – the nearest shops and restaurants in downtown Joshua Tree or downtown 29 Palms are around a ten-minute drive, and the Joshua Tree National Park entrance is fifteen minutes away. There's garage and driveway parking on site, though no on-street parking is available, so factor that in if your group is arriving in multiple vehicles.
