This penthouse apartment in the trendy Baltic Triangle area ticks all the right boxes for a city break. It’s close to restaurants and bars, has a kitchen for when you’d prefer to eat at home, and has three en-suite bedrooms, meaning morning queues are minimised. There’s a sofa bed too, which is handy for larger groups. Whether you’re in the city for work or play, it makes a great base for meetings in the city or seeing the sights. Floor-to-ceiling windows also offer fantastic views of the Liverpool skyline, so you always feel right in the heart of things.

At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
The apartment is on the ninth floor with a lift for access. Your host isn't responsible for the maintenance of the lift.
Upon arrival, you’ll need to collect the keys from a nearby shop, which is a two-minute walk away. The shop is open from 7am to midnight every day, so if you'll be arriving outside those hours, speak to your host in advance.
During busy periods, your host may need to access the apartment to carry out maintenance work. They will always give you 24 hours notice, unless it's an emergency.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
