Step into centuries of Florentine elegance in this unique apartment set within a prestigious palace in the heart of Oltrarno. Built around 1470, every room tells a story, with grand frescoes, soaring ceilings and antique furnishings. Three lavish living areas, a formal dining room, and richly decorated bedrooms offer a truly regal experience. You’ll even enter through a majestic inner courtyard adorned with statues. While the kitchen and bathrooms feel compact and dated compared to the grandeur elsewhere, they serve their purpose – and you’re unlikely to mind. After all, it’s not every day you wake up surrounded by history, art and architecture this spectacular. This is a one-of-a-kind stay you won’t forget.

Home truths
All guests must be over 18 years of age to stay.
One of the bedrooms is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the hallway space below, so privacy is limited. However, with multiple living rooms and a dining room, there's plenty of space for guests.
We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the bathrooms and kitchen look a little tired. Due to its size, we think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
