This top-floor apartment puts you right in the heart of Florence’s vibrant Oltrarno district, known for its artisan workshops, traditional trattorias, and lively piazzas. You’ll be just a short stroll from the historic centre, yet tucked away in a quieter, more local part of the city. You’ll want to note, there’s no lift and quite a few stairs to climb. However, when you walk in you’ll see the space is cosy and well laid out, with a welcoming living area and a spiral staircase leading to the bedroom. The highlight here is the rooftop terrace – perfect for sipping a coffee or wine while looking out over Florence’s rooftops.
