From the coffered ceilings and diamond parquet floors to the shuttered windows looking out onto the piazza, there’s interest everywhere you look. The dining room is flanked by a painting signed by the late-Baroque Lucchese artist Giovanni Domenico Lombardi, and there’s also a study and a TV snug facing the Renaissance Palazzo Pretorio.
