The one-bedroom guest casita is a short walk from the main house – ideal if one member of your group wants total privacy, but worth bearing in mind if you'd prefer everyone under one roof.
Three of the bedrooms connect to the main living area via an open-air walkway, so you'll be stepping outside each time you move between them and the shared spaces.
You'll need a car to get around – there's no on-street parking here, so plan to use the garage or driveway, which accommodates up to six vehicles depending on size.
The power generator may run during your stay – your host can let you know when to expect it if that's likely to affect you.
