Perched on ten acres of boulder-strewn wilderness, this house is a one-of-a-kind retreat. Days here have a rhythm of their own – bocce on the professional-grade court, soaks in the hot tub as the light fades, then cool evenings gathered around the fire pit with the canyon going quiet around you. When darkness falls properly, the dedicated stargazing deck is the place to be. Inside, the studio-style layout is curated with everything you need to settle in, from a collection of vinyls and board games to a propane-fueled indoor fireplace. As for location, Pioneertown is a twenty-minute drive, while Joshua Tree is just a little further.

The home sits on ten acres of rugged wilderness with ancient boulders, so the terrain around the villa is natural and uneven – sturdy footwear is useful if you plan to explore the land.
Cell signal in this part of the high desert can be patchy depending on your provider. We recommend enabling wi-fi calling or downloading a VOIP app before you arrive so you're not caught off guard.
You'll need a car to get around in this remote location. There's free parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
