Sitting in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen, this apartment puts the energy of Quinta Avenida – shops, restaurants, and nightlife – just a seven-minute walk away, with the Caribbean coast not much further beyond that. Up on the shared rooftop, two pools offer a breezy escape above the city, and the building's gym, sauna, and barbecue round out the communal offering nicely. Back inside, three bedrooms – each with their own bathroom – make the layout practical for groups travelling as couples or families. The balcony is a good perch for a sundowner as the neighbourhood quiets down for the evening.

You'll have access to the on-site gym, sauna, and swimming pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
The swimming pool is only available for use between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Thursday, and between 8am and 11pm, Friday and Saturday.
Two of the three bedrooms face the street, so you can expect some traffic noise at night. Light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.
Your host can provide a cot for little ones.
Tap water here isn't safe for drinking. On arrival you'll find two twenty-litre containers of drinking water in the apartment which can be refilled at reception for a fee.
Electricity is included up to 40 kWh per day. Anything above that limit is charged at $7 MXN per kWh, with meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.
