Planted in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this apartment puts 5th Avenue, the beach, and the Cozumel ferry terminal all within easy reach on foot – making it a practical base for exploring the Riviera Maya. The mezzanine bedroom feels calm and light, with its own bathroom tucked away from the living space below. When you're back from the beach, the shared rooftop pool with ocean views makes for a hard-to-beat wind-down, and the building's private cinema room is there for quieter evenings. Communal fitness and massage rooms round things out nicely.

The home is not suitable for children or infants.
The bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited, especially at full occupancy when one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area below.
While the second bathroom isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
You'll have access to the on-site pool, gym, and cinema room here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
Your electricity use is metered – up to 40 kWh per day is included, and anything beyond that is charged at 7 MXN per kWh. A meter reading takes place at check-in and check-out.
Parking here is on the street only, so we recommend exploring on foot or by public transport.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
