Perched at the highest point of El Pescadero's hills, this villa is built around one of the Pacific coast's most arresting outlooks – the kind where ocean and desert meet. Large pocket doors retract completely to dissolve the line between the living room and the pool terrace, putting an infinity saltwater pool and those views directly in reach. Each bedroom has its own entrance and ocean-facing patio, so there's a sense of seclusion even when the villa is full. Cerritos Beach is a fifteen-minute drive for surfing, and the Pueblo Mágico of Todos Santos is about thirty minutes by car.

Home truths
Given the rural location, a rental car is necessary. The road leading up to the villa is unpaved, and an AWD or 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended.
There are quite a few stairs between the parking area and the villa entrance – worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations. Once inside, the villa itself is all on one level with no internal steps.
You're a good distance from the nearest large supermarkets, so we suggest stocking up on essentials before arrival.
A couple of resident outdoor rescue cats live on the grounds. While they mostly keep to themselves, you may occasionally spot them exploring the garden or lounging in the sun.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed here.
You'll have access to all areas of the home, apart from the garage and a few locked closets.
Housekeeping is included every 3 days for stays of 5 nights or more. The housekeeper can also assist with one load of personal laundry during her visit.
