Ten hectares of Mayan jungle, exclusively yours – no shared spaces, no other guests. This villa revolves around two private cenotes: one open-air for swimming in turquoise water, the other a cave chamber underground, glowing and otherworldly. Six independent suites are set apart from the main house, each with a private terrace and jungle-framed windows, while a dedicated chef prepares three daily meals rooted in Yucatecan tradition. Evenings drift between fire-pit areas, an illuminated paddle tennis court, and over 1.5 km of walking trails threading through the jungle. Must-see Chichén Itzá is a forty-five-minute drive when the outside world calls.

Home truths
This home comprises a main house and six individual suites. Each bedroom sleeps up to three guests on a super-king bed and a sofa bed.
The home comes fully staffed with a private chef, a housekeeper, and a concierge. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included, as well as daily cleaning. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the package – if required your concierge can help coordinate sourcing and delivery.
While not all of the bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
Pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay – size restrictions apply.
