Imagine the sunsets from this stunning oceanfront villa. Relax by one of two private pools (the second is part of the grounds of the attached studio annexe) or take in the sun on the terrace. A meandering path leads to a waterside cabana equipped with a dock and kayak launch – listen to the soothing sounds of the sea here or go snorkelling. There are more incredible vistas to enjoy from the main house – one bedroom also has an outdoor bath perfect for stargazing. If you can bear to leave this dream villa, have a game of pickleball on the shared court, go paddleboarding, or explore Grace Bay, a short drive away.

This home consists the main house with four bedrooms and a one-bedroom studio annexe with a kitchen and its own terrace and pool.
The main bedroom has a private outdoor bath and shower.
The twin bedroom can be made up as a king-sized bed.
