Grace Bay

Found on Providenciales, a north western island in the archipelago, this stunning modern villa marries sublime architecture with luxurious comfort. With its floor to ceiling windows, the living area is bright and expansive, incorporating an indoor dining table and flowing into a well equipped kitchen. There's room for eight across the home's four bedrooms, offering views of the ocean and pool area – the primary bedroom is the only one with a balcony, though the others all have their own en-suite bathrooms. Outdoors, another open air dining table is perfect for social evening meals cooked on the grill, while the saltwater pool and surrounding loungers exude class. Better still, beyond the grounds, it's a five minute walk to the nearest beach.

The sugar-white sand is mere moments from the swimming pool, so you can go from sun lounger to shoreline in no time at all. There are tennis and squash courts too, for more active afternoons. Inside, this villa is just as luxurious as the location, with breezy rooms designed in elegant coastal style, some with sea views. It’s pretty much paradise, with just the one downside – how will you ever bring yourself to leave?

Gentle Horizon

Footsteps from the shores of the Pacific Ocean, this villa is nothing short of idyllic. Views of the water are visible from almost everywhere in the home, and the beach is semi-private, so there won't be any crowds. Watersports activities are available, though if you'd prefer to take a more relaxed approach, we suggest picking out a lounger by the private pool. Location-wise, restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses are conveniently within walking distance.

Paradise by the Pacific 

This seafront home caught our eye for its spectacular location, nudged up against Long Bay Beach. Named one of the top ten best island beaches in the world by Conde Nast Traveller, you’ll have direct access to the bay. Lazy days can be spent lounging by the infinity pool or in the shade of the covered terrace, or if you’re feeling energetic, a variety of water sports, including kiteboarding and kayaking, are on offer nearby. And if you want to make your holiday even more memorable, your host can help arrange a choice of treats, such as a private chef or spa treatments.

The Ocean View

A stay on the glorious islands of Turks and Caicos is made even more amazing when you choose this wonderful holiday home. It's based in lovely Leeward, a gated community that surrounds the Ailla Canal, where you can enjoy watersports and wild swimming. This canal runs along the bottom of your garden, so a stay here means you can access this beautiful waterway from your own home. There's even a stand-up paddleboard that you'll have access to during your stay for when you want to adventure down the river.

The home is absolutely breathtaking – the garden is truly something special, being framed by leafy palms that sway lazily in the Bahamian breeze. Here, you can enjoy a dip in the private pool, or lay back and rest on one of the poolside loungers. There's a seating area here too that's perfect for sipping on your morning coffee while you discuss the itinerary for the day.

Inside, you'll find contemporary interiors that feel fresh and bright, inviting you to come and rest out of the sunshine. There's a lush lounge area that's great for an afternoon nap, and a wonderful kitchen for cooking up feasts of conch chowder. You can tuck in around the dining table, which sits in a glass-walled conservatory that lets the outside in, so you can make the most of the gorgeous garden views. Each bedroom has an en-suite, and one even features a kitchenette for an added touch of luxury.
