In the vaulted living room, timber-beamed ceilings arc over a brick fireplace, and a freestanding bathtub in one of the bathrooms makes for a welcome escape after a day on the slopes. When the evening calls for something livelier, the game room delivers pool and a projector screen for films. Lake Arrowhead is a thirteen-minute drive, with the village's lakeside shops and restaurants just two minutes further.

Lake Arrowhead gets significant snowfall in winter, and cars are required to carry snow chains on some mountain roads. Weather conditions can change quickly, so check for the latest road conditions before you travel.
Air conditioning is only available on the upper floors – the bottom two floors have heating but no air conditioning, so bear that in mind if you're visiting in summer.
The second bedroom contains a day bed rather than a full-size bed, so it's best suited to a child. There's also an additional day bed in the loft space.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and a high chair. Make sure to request them ahead of arrival.
Additional sleeping is possible via floor mattresses and extra linens available upon request.
