If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a pack 'n' play cot and a high chair. It's worth requesting these in advance so everything is ready on arrival.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay in Big Bear. Up to six cars can park on site, with two spaces in the garage.
This home spans three floors connected by internal stairs, so you'll be moving between levels regularly – whether that's heading up to the game room or down to the lower living area. It's worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
Between November and March, all vehicles are required to carry snow chains by law in Big Bear. If you're visiting in winter, make sure you have these before heading up the mountain.
While this home can accommodate two additional guests on the sofa bed, the maximum occupancy is fifteen guests.
