Days here tend to drift between the pool and the hot tub, long alfresco lunches under the covered outdoor dining area, and evenings gathered around the fire pit as the temperature drops. When the National Park calls, the trailheads at Black Rock Canyon are just a short drive, with Pioneertown's 1940s Western film set equally close for a different kind of adventure.
