Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Ideally located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, the vibrant Mauerpark – formerly part of the Berlin wall – is practically on your doorstep. Open rooms with high ceilings and interesting architectural details make Book Club Edition a characterful space. We love the beautiful antique furniture – especially the massive wooden dining table that can seat up to ten! The building does not benefit from much natural light, but its balcony offering outdoor seating and a view towards lively Oderberger Straße balance this out.

Home truths
The living area could do with some extra seating – the sofa is a bit on the small side for all four guests
The second bedroom has a chest of drawers, but there's no wardrobe to hang your clothes
There’s only one shower for all four guests – there might be a bit of a wait in the morning
The building has a lift but it’s not possible to reach the home without climbing a few steps – it isn’t wheelchair accessible
The home is located on a lively street – there may be noise in the evening

About Prenzlauer Berg
As Berlin’s epicentre of all things family-oriented, Prenzlauer Berg is a popular spot if you are looking for a neighbourhood with character and liveliness mixed with peaceful, tree-lined streets and pre-war buildings. Bearing associations to counterculture when it was an East Berlin district, the neighbourhood has since experienced rapid gentrification going from a gritty, un-kept neighbourhood with grey facades and empty apartments to a hipster-turned-parent mecca with a thriving health...
