With its New York-like appeal (think exposed brickwork), paired with a minimalist aesthetic and black-and-white photography, it’s needless to say that On Balance is special. It’s a little small (you have to share one bathroom), but we’re willing to look past that minor detail.

With its teak furniture and Danish design, Wood Stock is one of those effortlessly chic homes. We love the kitchen, it’s our favourite part of the home as the all-black kitchen cabinetry is super eye-catching.

The Viewpoint is in an excellent location. It’s located in a part of Mitte that’s quiet, yet still within walking distance to some of the busier spots (the Naturkundemuseum is only seven minutes away) As it’s a studio, it’s not big, but the colour palette is soothing and the high ceilings make it seem a lot bigger than it actually is.
