This house is a unique vacation home that takes guests back to the 70s with its Studio 54-inspired design. The property features a central location, luxury amenities, and a large outdoor space perfect for artists, yoga retreats, and relaxing reunions with friends. The home has a pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and private enclosed yard. The open-concept floor plan allows for easy conversations from the living room and kitchen to the large wrap-around outdoor patio space. With 4 beds and 2 baths, there's plenty of space for all guests to relax. Each room has its own color theme and mood. Outdoors, guests can enjoy comfortable seating areas by the pool or cozy up by the fire pits for s'mores. This is a smart home equipped with e-locks for self-check-in, large smart TV (Netflix), Bluetooth speaker, and hi-speed WiFi (100 mbps). Guests are not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets due to vintage furniture pieces. The home is monitored by a decibel monitoring sensor outside to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected.
