Whilst children are accepted, please bear in mind that this home isn’t well set-up for them and is better suited to adults and teenagers.
You'll have access to a private 15-minute hiking trail with a “Star Landing” platform.
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the entertainment room.
The garden is unfenced here. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
Due to this home's remote location, you might find that the phone signal is patchy from time to time.
Pest control will be coming to the property to spray the exterior of the home on the first Friday of every month between 11am-4pm. They will not need to enter the home.
The cowboy pool is unheated.
The tiki pergola is removed during the windy season.

Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you for an additional $75 each, per stay, please let your host know when you book.
If you wish to use the spa/Jacuzzi, your hosts ask you tocover the cost of propane usage. There is a flat rate of $50per day (+ tax). The spa shuts off from 2am–9am and takes 3–4 hours to reheat.
