Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Having been designed by an architect, Woodshop comes with the most spectacular details. We love the bespoke shelves, curated pops of colour, and the fun mix of vintage and contemporary Scandi-style furniture in an industrial-meets-Altbau shell. All artworks are created by local artists, so it’s safe to say that this home channels something that feels very Berlin. We’re sure you will also love the in-house coffee shop and yoga studio.

Home truths
We know we’re picky, but the bedding isn’t as luxurious as we would have liked it to be
There’s currently no home manual, you may have to ask for help on how to use the appliances
While the kitchen is well-equipped, it doesn’t have an oven
There’s a lift in the building, but it’s sometimes out of use
Aside from a collection of books, there are not a lot of entertainment options in this home
The bathrooms are a little tired looking – the grouting, in particular, could do with some attention
Tall people be aware – both showers are quite low
The immediate neighbourhood is very vibrant and full of authentic Berlin liveliness, people looking for a quiet area should look elsewhere

Historically, Kreuzberg was one of the poorest parts of West Berlin, but today it’s transformed into a cultural mecca populated by people from all over...
