Although The Silver Portrait is small (it’s a studio after all), it makes for a comfortable base in Berlin. Located in the pulsating heart of the city, it’s only five minutes away from bustling Alexanderplatz, with some of Berlin’s most famous attractions nearby, too. The building is also rich in history. What used to be a military hospital turned office for the Russian secret service, it’s been transformed into several living units, all elegantly designed and well-equipped.
