Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

This home doesn’t offer much in terms of entertainment (there’s no TV), but with Prenzlauer Berg right on your doorstep, we’re not complaining. Known as one of Berlin’s most beautiful neighbourhoods, it’s flooded with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, all waiting to be explored. The home isn’t big, but it comes with everything you need for a cosy stay. And it’s also well-connected to the rest of the city if you feel like seeing some sights.

Home truths

It’s a studio home – don’t expect lots and lots of space

Sadly, it doesn’t get a lot of natural light as it’s on the ground floor

We couldn’t find a home manual when we visited

Even though it’s on the ground floor, you still have to climb four steps to reach the front door

There aren’t any entertainment options – no TV, no books, no magazines

We found the flooring to be pretty damaged – the host knows about it

Bearing associations to counterculture when it was an East Berlin district, the neighbourhood has since experienced rapid gentrification going from a gritty, un-kept neighbourhood with grey facades and empty apartments to a hipster-turned-parent mecca with a thriving health...
