Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
The Holger is located on a quiet, residential street in green Schöneberg. The immediate area isn’t super lively, but it’s well-connected to the likes of Mitte and Charlottenburg. It’s actually made up of two flats (which you can see in the photos) – so you get two kitchens for the price of one. Because of that, it’s perfect for a family or a group of friends who want a combination of privacy and spaces for socialising.

Home truths
We found the bathrooms to be tired-looking – the grouting in particular could do with some attention
The décor is slightly lacking in character
The living room doesn’t get any natural light – the only window looks onto the second bedroom (a curtain is available for some more privacy)
The layout is awkward – to get to the bigger kitchen, you have to walk through the master bedroom
The walls could do with a lick of paint to cover up scuff marks

Since the early 20th century, Schöneberg has been the heart of Berlin’s LGBTQ+ community with the area around Nollendorfplatz being particularly important. Since 1993,...
