Right in the centre of Lucca, this apartment's copious amounts of artwork and complementing furniture give it a distinct style. The large windows allow in plenty of sunlight – the perfect way to wake up, if you ask us – and the small kitchenette underneath the mezzanine is a nice spot to rustle up light bites. The stairs leading down from the bedroom lack a barrier on one side, meaning caution might be needed when using the bathroom at night. When it's time to explore, the iconic Torre Guingi is only a one-minute walk, and there are many authentic Tuscan eateries nearby.
