Table tennis, volleyball court, private seasonal swimming pool – there's no shortage of outdoor activities here for the entire group to enjoy. Besides, with vineyard views to admire, you'll want to spend all of your time relaxing under the Tuscan sun. Inside, expect old-world charm, which, admittedly, won't be everyone's cup of tea. Although it's a little dated, it's certainly got character – none more so than the dovecote-turned-bedroom on the second floor. When you're ready to venture out, you've got plenty of options. The Sentiero della Bonific passes by the garden, while Cortona is a 7-kilometre drive if you're up for sightseeing.

Home truths
While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
The swimming pool is only available to use between 1st May and 15th October. It’s unfenced, so children must be supervised at all times.
Two of the bedrooms are triple rooms, with a double and a single. These are best suited to kids or parents with little ones.
The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts. We also think the pool terrace looks a little tired.
Due to the location of this home, we highly suggest renting a car for ease. There’s covered parking on the premises.
There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach various parts of this home.
