Soothe your soul at this wild, 11-acre desert retreat in Pipes Canyon. The house serves as a luxury oasis with floor-to-ceiling windows where you can simply immerse yourself in the remote scenery. Spend your days hiking among boulder-strewn landscapes at the adjacent Sand to Snow National Monument and Pioneertown Mountain Preserve. You’re also just a 30-minute drive from the desert wonders of Joshua Tree National Park. Back at your modern, glass-and-steel pad, cool-off in the outdoor showers or steel cowboy tub, then fire up the BBQ to dine deck-side. Need to stock up on groceries? The Old West streets of Pioneertown are just a few minutes away by car. As evening sun streaks the horizon pink and orange, recline on the outdoor sofas with a drink and watch the desert sky sparkle to life. Evenings are made for toasting marshmallows over the fire pit followed by a long soak in the hot tub while you stargaze beneath the Milky Way.
