This home has a fantastic location in Downtown Montréal – it's just a fifteen-minute walk to the stunning Notre-Dame Basilica, while the attractions of the Old Port district are just under twenty minutes. The neighbourhood has a number of museums and universities, such as the Montréal Science Centre, fifteen minutes on foot, while the University of Quebec in Montréal is an eight-minute wander. It's the same walking distance to Bonsecours Market – so take some local goodies back to your apartment and whip up a pâté chinois in the modern kitchen. This abode is housed in a building dating back to 1880, with a Victorian-style stone exterior and scalloped mosaic rooftop tiles. Inside, period features continue with exposed brick, rustic stonework, and hardwood floors, creating a loft-style vibe. Pour a drink, then take in the views over the neighbourhood from the balcony.
