Perched on top of a hilltop in the village of Penally, this home enjoys beautiful views of Caldey Island. However, there's plenty to hold your attention at the address, too. We can't start anywhere else but the hot tub on the patio, which has an outdoor shower standing next to it. Add to that a barbecue and plenty of rattan seating, and you have all the ingredients for a pretty memorable summer evening in our books. Inside, there are a few period features dotted about the place that allude to the former coach house's history, from exposed stonework and the spiral staircase to wooden beams. However, the bulk of the interior is thoroughly modern — we're particularly fond of the cosy living room arranged around a log burner and the long white kitchen that sits underneath a high ceiling. The centre of Tenby and its beaches take about five minutes to reach in the car, although the property falls within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and there's no shortage of walking routes to follow.

About Tenby
With its candy-coloured townhouses, bobbing boats and sandy beaches, it’s no wonder Tenby is Wales’ most iconic seaside town. Two grand promenades on either side of the town are testament to the resort’s popularity in Georgian and Victorian times, and the imposing hotels and merchant’s houses, with their splendid views, are preserved in pretty pastels. Inside the old town walls, you’ll find a maze of narrow, cobbled streets and medieval...
