Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This impressive home manages the difficult task of being eye-catching and extravagant, while also being architecturally respectful to the immediate surroundings. Both the striking exterior and the furnishings inside are inspired by mid-century modern trends, with lots of emphasis put on natural materials, big windows and clean lines. Sitting within two-and-a-half acres of desert, there's a strong sense of tranquillity at the address and plenty of ways to enjoy this peace. The hot tub is the obvious option for doing this, but there's also a pair of cowboy tubs, a fire pit and a huge covered terrace with both a lounge and a dining table. Whether you're soaking up the sunshine or gazing up at the starry night sky, you can be sure of finding a perfect spot to do so. As you can probably imagine from the backdrop, you're not short of outdoor excursions around these parts. Joshua Tree National Park can be reached in around twenty minutes' drive, while San Bernadino National Forest is fifty minutes away if you're after a completely different terrain. Closer to home, the centre of Yucca Valley is only ten minutes' drive whenever you need shops, cafes and restaurants.
