Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
The mood of this home in Yucca Valley? Desert chic with a touch of rock 'n' roll. Located in the heart of Joshua Tree, the impressive expanse of barren land and dry-climate flora is on its doorstep. This modern house makes a serious case for open-plan living, with a generously-proportioned sitting room that leads onto the kitchen and dining space. A subtle bohemian aesthetic has been adopted throughout, from the geometric rugs to the tapestry wall hangings featuring lunar motifs. It gets even better when you step outside. Cool off from the California heat with a soak in the cowboy tin pool, and as evening rolls in, transition into the hot tub opposite. When the balmy air subsides, light up the barbecue or fire pit to beat the chill. There are plenty of comfy seating areas where you can watch out for local wildlife – hummingbirds are particularly frequent visitors. At night, the inky blue sky becomes dotted with stars. If you're lucky, you may even be treated to a spectacular Milky Way display.
