This apartment is what you get when an excellent location, plentiful floor space and stylish interior design all come together in happy harmony. Part of a tall building in the desirable Rosebank neighbourhood, guests are treated to a balcony with enough room to sit out and survey the surroundings. Inside, the design is contemporary, but there are lots of touches that elevate it beyond cookie-cutter homes seen the world over – the shield-esque artwork on the living room is unique and we're also fans of the transparent dining chairs, too. At the same time, it's pretty functional as well, particularly the large corner kitchen packed full of equipment. When it comes to exploring the local area, you'll find a good selection of art galleries and restaurants within walking distance of the front door, while Rosebank Mall lies just around the corner when you need a retail fix.
