This ground-floor apartment is an ideal family retreat for exploring all that Scarborough has to offer. The second bedroom is on the small side, but it has everything needed for a comfortable night’s sleep and the rest of this home more than makes up for it. In particular, we love the outdoor space – an added bonus for an apartment, it offers a spot to soak up the last of the day’s sun and is perfect for those bringing their four-legged friend along for the ride.

There's garage parking to the rear of the home, with a key fob to operate the electric door. There's also on-street parking here, available on a first come first served basis – a parking permit is provided for local on-street parking.
While the apartment itself is on one level, there are six steps down into the back garden and three steps to the front of the apartment.
The second bedroom is quite small with limited storage space. However, it has everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep.
