The Role
We are seeking a mid-level Performance Marketing Manager with a strong passion for data analysis and growth. As a key member of the Plum Guide Performance Marketing team, you will be instrumental in optimising and expanding our Google/Bing Ads campaigns, alongside our Affiliate, Remarketing, and SEO efforts. This role provides a comprehensive perspective on the most critical developments in online marketing. Join us on this exciting journey towards growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
KPI-Based Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive measurable results.
Innovative Development:
- Independently generate and implement ideas for the continuous improvement and evolution of our marketing channels, ensuring all accounts remain current and effective.
Holistic Marketing Approach:
- Utilise experience in PPC, supplemented with knowledge in Display, SEO, Affiliate and Social Media Marketing, to develop and enhance comprehensive marketing strategies.
Qualifications & experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum of 1 year in Search Engine Advertising (SEA), with experience managing larger accounts and feeds on Google/Microsoft Ads. Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Display Network and affiliate marketing are a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Excel.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong numerical aptitude with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and capability to analyse complex data for informed decision-making.
- Motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in addressing challenges and opportunities.
