Facing an internal courtyard with landscaped gardens, the living space is a calming spot to unwind after days out exploring. It offers more than enough space for up to three guests to spread out and relax – just note that one person will be sleeping on a sofa bed. When you feel like venturing out, Downtown Dubai is fifteen minutes away by car, or let your host arrange a city tour.

Dusk Retreat

Overlooking the Dubai Marina from the private balcony, this apartment provides a stylish and practical base for those exploring the city. You'll have access to shared amenities here, including a gym, pool and spa facilities, while those travelling with little ones will find a playroom and children's pool. Inside, the bedrooms are well-sized and the en-suite bathrooms will help to speed mornings along. When you’re ready to explore, take a leisurely stroll along the promenade before heading to the city's top highlights – JBR Beach, Bluewaters Island, and The Palm Jumeirah are all within short driving distance. 

Marina Jade

If you’re in search of a top-notch location with impressive views over the Persian Gulf, make your way to this apartment overlooking Dubai’s Marina. Occupying a privileged spot on The Palm Jumeirah, it’s just a short stroll to the beach, while eclectic restaurants and upscale shops are all within easy driving distance. Not only are the communal pool, gym and spa perks, but the on-site bar parties are a real highlight of this spot. And nothing feels better than returning home to a sleek and contemporary space with a private balcony for one last drink overlooking the twinkling skyline. 

The Palm Sky

With unfettered views of the marina and the Dubai Eye from its private balcony, this sky-high apartment is the ideal base to return to after a busy day spent working or sightseeing. From a fully equipped kitchen to storage space in the bedrooms, a seamless stay is guaranteed here. Better still, you have access to a communal swimming pool and gym. We recommend hiring a car for getting around, and on-site parking makes exploring easy. You'll be pleased to know JBR Beach is less than a fifteen-minute drive away.

Marina Dream

Situated on Bluewaters Island, this apartment places you in a prime spot,  just a short stroll from JBR Beach. From here, you'll also find The Walk, Ain Dubai, and The Palm Jumeirah within easy reach. Housed in a residential building, there's a communal swimming pool and an on-site gym for you to enjoy too, when you're not out exploring. While this might not be the most characterful place, the apartment is bright and modern, with a sofa bed in the living area for a third guest. The terrace is our favourite spot, with comfy outdoor furniture and sea views – it's the perfect place to relax after busy days in Dubai.  

Beach Dawn

Located in City Walk, this apartment promises a restful stay with easy access to plenty of family-friendly attractions and dining options. The smart interiors create a modern space to relax and recharge between sightseeing excursions while the private balcony serves as a lovely spot for morning coffee. You'll also find a communal swimming pool to enjoy on hot afternoons as well as an on-site gym. The surrounding area is ideal for families, with parks, playgrounds, shopping centres and entertainment venues nearby. But if you'd prefer to take it easy, Jumeirah Beach is reached by car in less than ten minutes. 

The Painted Desert

This modern apartment is located on Palm Jumeirah, promising views of the Persian Gulf from its sunny terrace. We wouldn't blame you if you wanted to spend your whole holiday on-site. There's everything from pools to a spa, daycare services to the gym, yet we think you'll love the beach club the most. Travelling for work? A handy desk awaits in the bedroom. Plus, free covered parking means easy commutes across Dubai. Want to add a luxurious touch to your stay? You'll find Michelin-starred restaurants nearby and your host can help organise boat trips, private tours, and other concierge services for a fee.

While the interiors are a little plain for our liking, the pad is set up nicely for long stays, with a fully equipped kitchen and laptop-friendly workspaces. There is also space for a third guest on the sofa bed in the living area. 

Sunset Simplicity

In the heart of Palm Jumeirah, just steps from the sea, is this sleek apartment. It’s based in an exclusive residence, with shared amenities including several swimming pools and a well-equipped gym. On top of that, its desirable location means you'll enjoy lovely views across the Dubai Marina and the Burj Al Arab from the home's sunny terrace. Inside, the space is typical of a boutique hotel so you won’t find homely amenities here, although it's bright and stylish. Best of all? You'll have access to the residence's private beach, just a short stroll away.
