Perched in Pointe Milou, this villa is built around the view – panoramic ocean and hill vistas frame the wraparound living room, which spills out onto a deck where the horizon feels impossibly close. Down on the lower terrace, a heated infinity-style pool sits among tropical gardens, with a gazebo-shaded outdoor kitchen nearby for long, unhurried lunches. The eight-person jacuzzi on the lawn, facing the ocean between palm trees, is hard to leave at dusk. Each bedroom has its own sitting area and outlook, and on-request services – private chef, butler, in-villa treatments – mean the pace here is entirely yours to set.

Milou & the Palms

Perched above the water in Corossol, this Caribbean villa earns its reputation through one persistent pleasure – the ocean is always in view. From the open living and kitchen space, you watch yachts drift past; step onto the terrace and the same scene unfolds from the Jacuzzi under an open sky. Both bedrooms connect directly to the terrace, so the tropical air and greenery are never far away. A concierge, daily housekeeping, and a fitness room overlooking banana tree foliage round out a stay that asks very little of you beyond deciding when to get in the water.

Yachts & Sunlight

Perched on the hillside above Grand-Cul-de-Sac, this villa is arranged across three separate buildings, each one stepping down through palms and tropical gardens toward a long pool terrace where the Caribbean sea and lagoon shimmer beyond the deck. The open-sided living room catches the trade winds on three sides, making it feel less like a room and more like a pavilion. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower – two in a lower bungalow with ocean views, one above the main level looking over the garden. Daily housekeeping and on-request staff, from a private chef to a yoga teacher, cover everything else.

Lagoon & Rattan

Perched in the hills above St-Jean, this villa is designed around one central pleasure – the infinity pool terrace, where the Caribbean horizon opens up beyond palm trees and rolling green slopes. Every bedroom catches the trade winds on its own terrace, and the living room dissolves into the outdoors through wide sliding doors. When you're not in the water, a tropical garden wraps the whole place in shade and quiet. A concierge team handles the logistics from the moment you land, so the only decision left is how long to linger poolside.

Canopy & Caribbean Sky

With its wrap-around terrace, private pool and breathtaking front-row views of the Caribbean, this villa is the perfect spot to unwind in the Antiguan sun. Part of a resort in the north of the island, you’ll have your pick of its many facilities, including a gym, spa, shared freshwater pool and restaurants – as well as the pristine tropical coves dotted around the area. In the villa itself, French doors open the place up to the expansive terrace, letting in plenty of light and showing off the home’s real highlight – its gorgeous sea view. As for another big plus? Breakfast is included – dig in.

Caribbean Paradise

Perched in Lorient with the Caribbean sea framing almost every view, this villa is built around the kind of outdoor life that St-Barthélemy does best. The long pool terrace is the heart of it – palm trees, loungers, ocean stretching to the horizon, and a red grand piano positioned to face all of it. Bedrooms open onto private terraces, one with a jacuzzi, while a garden-facing bathroom with vaulted timber ceilings adds a quietly tropical touch. A concierge team handles the details, and Lorient Beach – sheltered, turquoise, and loved by locals – is close at hand.

Beyond the Blue Sea

Perched on the heights of Lurin, this four-bedroom villa in Saint-Barthélemy is built around one of the Caribbean's great views – an infinity pool that appears to dissolve straight into the ocean horizon. Every bedroom faces that same sea view, so the outlook follows you from morning coffee to sundown. The covered terrace seats eight for long alfresco dinners with the water spread below, and a separate pool serves the fourth bedroom for a touch more seclusion. Daily housekeeping, concierge service, and a welcome hamper mean the only real decision is how little to do.

The Infinite Azure

Right on Flamands Beach, this villa puts the sand seconds from your door – a private staircase leads straight down from the terrace, with a pool between you and the shoreline fringed with loungers and umbrellas. The living room opens directly onto that terrace, so sea views and the sound of waves are a constant presence. When you want to get out on the water, two kayaks and two paddle boards are ready to go. Daily housekeeping and on-demand services – private chef, butler, yoga teacher – mean the pace here is entirely yours to set.

Morning Tide

Perched in Lurin with the bay of St-Jean stretching out ahead, this villa is built around a view you'll want to wake up to every morning. The infinity pool faces that same panorama – swim a length and you're eye-level with the Caribbean horizon and the surrounding hills. Inside, a high wooden ceiling spans the living and dining room, where an indoor waterfall cools the air and the whole front of the space opens directly onto the terrace. Daily housekeeping, a barbecue for alfresco evenings, and on-request services from private chef to yoga teacher mean the pace of a stay here is entirely your own.

Waterfall & St-Jean

This villa in Flamands is built around one of St-Barthélemy's more enviable outlooks. Here, the Caribbean spans out beyond the pool, with the rolling green hills in every direction. A waterfall pool with cushioned sunbeds anchors the terrace, while a covered dining area lets you stretch lunch into the afternoon with a warm breeze and that panorama for company. The bedrooms are calm and considered, the two on the main level waking you with sea and hillside views through open glass doors. A dedicated concierge team and daily housekeeping mean very little admin stands between you and the island.

Flamands, Framed

This stylish villa in Antigua’s Tamarind Hills is all about easy Caribbean living. You’ll be tucked between Darkwood and Ffryes, two of the island’s most beautiful beaches, with Jolly Harbour just a short drive away for shops and restaurants. Inside, the villa is bright and airy with plenty of space to unwind. Step outside to the real highlight, with your own infinity pool, a wrap-around terrace for soaking up the views, and a BBQ area made for sunset dinners. With access to the Beach Club facilities and Antigua’s best sights nearby, it’s a standout base for your Caribbean escape.

Life in the Palm

Set within a luxury resort in Antigua, this retreat is perfect for families or groups. You’ll have two neighbouring three-bedroom villas all to yourselves, with a private pool overlooking the turquoise waters of Soldier’s Bay. There's even direct access to the white-sand beach below. Each villa has verandahs for alfresco dining, while the bedrooms have their own outside spaces or terrace access. Inside, the open-plan living areas are ideal for cooking or relaxing together – but you can also use the resort’s shared amenities, which include a clifftop restaurant.
