If you fancy a swim in the sea, Malama Beach is 400 metres away. The villa is situated in the coastal village of Kapparis on the eastern coast of Cyprus, so you'll find lots of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Or explore the town of Paralimni, four kilometres away.

Just a short walk from the main strip in Cyprus, this villa offers a tranquil place to rest your head. While we do love the idea of idling away by the pool and spending sunsets firing up the barbecue grill, it helps to remind yourself that you're a stone's throw from many vetted spots in Cyprus. Sunbathe at the Yianna Marie Beach or have a go at water sports at the gorgeous Fig Tree beach – both at walking distance. Enjoy the gorgeous landscapes as you hike or cycle around the Troodos Mountains. Summers are perfect for exploring vineyards in medieval villages. Likewise, if you love winter-sports, you will regret not coming back here.

Just a five-minute walk from Ayia Triada beach, you'll be well-placed for adventures on Cyprus' stunning coast. Dip your toes in the calm waters, wine and dine at the eateries in Protaras or rent some snorkelling gear and see what treasures the sea holds.

During downtime, spread out back home and revel in your scenic surroundings. The pool is the perfect spot to while away the afternoon – jump in and cool off or lounge on the sunbeds with a glass of wine in hand. When you grow peckish, fire up the grill and dine alfresco on chicken souvla and pita with tzatziki. Later on, decompress from the day on the sumptuous sofa before retiring to the comfortable bedrooms for a good night's sleep.
