Enjoy a sunshine-filled stay at this beautiful villa, based just 100 metres from the breathtaking Fig Tree Bay beach, as well as loads of vibrant bars, friendly cafes and fun restaurants. This home sits on a secure, electric-gated complex, and features its own private swimming pool where you can cool off from the hot sun. You’ll also enjoy the various outdoor areas, with a sunbed section, an alfresco dining area and a barbecue so you can get grilling. The home features calming decor throughout, with a neutral colour scheme dotted with splashes of colour, for a contemporary feel. 

Spend sunny mornings out by the pool, reading a good book on a sun lounger with a coffee in hand. Get your blood pumping with a few lengths of your pool – the perfect way to start the day. Take a short stroll over to the beach to paddle in crystal-clear waters, and enjoy a brandy sour in a beach bar. Head back to your home in the evenings to cook up some halloumi and kleftiko on your barbecue and eat alfresco together around your outdoor dining set. As the sun sets, make up a pitcher of blue lagoon, sit out on your balcony and wait for the stars to join you.

Sunbathe in Style

This villa opens its doors to a swimming pool, garden and dining terrace, making it perfect for families and friends looking for a private outside space to relax and soak up the sunshine. Though, our favourite spot is on the rooftop terrace, with beautiful views out to the sea. Inside, it's bright and open, but the interiors are fairly uninspired. The bedrooms are on the smaller side too, so with recommend packing light. Location-wise, the villa is just a five-minute walk from the nearest sandy beach and is ideal for exploring the beautiful resort of Protaras. 

The Garden in Blue 

Get a taste of luxury coastal living in this sprawling modern villa, perched right up against the beach on Cyprus' east coast. It’s the perfect spot for sun worshippers – take a dip in the infinity pool, then dry off on a lounger or beanbag nearby, before heading to the beach right on your doorstep. Inside, it’s no less exciting – think home cinema, an indoor whirlpool tub, and a private gym. Take the in-home lift to the upper levels, where each bedroom has its own balcony and en-suite – make sure to nab one with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean.

By the Beachfront 

With a pretty panorama over the resort town of Protaras, this bright villa is placed 350 metres away from Mimosa Beach. Situated on popular Green Bay, you'll find nearby coastal hiking trails and Cyclops Cave awaiting – the legendary den of the Greek mythological creature. Not only that, you'll discover plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep, as well as scuba diving and windsurfing spots.

Designed in marble and stone, this modern home maintains its Mediterranean character. We love how every bedroom has immediate outdoor access, so you can enjoy the sunshine from the moment you roll out of bed. Just imagine rustling up a tasty Cypriot breakfast of mpoukkoma in this grey-toned kitchen. After an all-day adventure, perhaps you'll want to relax outside by the plunge pool. This private patio is the perfect place for sipping traditional ouzo and snacking on mezedakia. When the day draws to an end, head up to the roof terrace for an unforgettable supper with your family.

Inside, minimalism meets modernism. A bright open-plan space – adorned with contemporary furnishings – flaunts a white canvas of colourful artworks and playful textiles. 

There’s a free-flowing feel here – enjoy your morning coffee out on the sun-soaked terrace accompanied by the Mediterranean sea breeze, indulge in some ‘you’ time with a soak in the bathtub, or make the most of the sociable living area where you can share conversations, drinks and game nights all together. After a long day exploring the Green Bay hiking trails, we can't think of a better way to spend an evening than with a grilled feast alfresco – why not follow it with a starlit dip in the pool?

With a host of watersports on offer at Green Bay and the Cyclops Tour a short drive away, there are endless ways to make memories here.

Green Bay Blue View

Moments away from Konnos Beach and Cape Greco National Forest Park, this beautiful villa is the ideal place to relax whilst still exploring this corner of Cyprus in your own time. With the living space designed so that it opens out onto the terrace on two sides, you’ll not only be bathed in light as you read on the plush sofa, but you can also expect to have the sea-salt air carried in on the breeze. With that in mind, spend lazy mornings simply breathing it in as you enjoy freshly-brewed coffee on the balcony and escape to the terrace for an alfresco breakfast. 

When you’re not in the crystalline waters of the private pool, you might be sitting back in with a glass of wine as you admire the ocean views on the horizon. Read under a palm tree on the lawn or doze off on the sun lounger as you catch up on your favourite podcast. 

Visit Cyclops Cave or head the other way to visit Protaras, but make sure to stop off at the taverna for an authentic taste of Cyprus.

Aphrodite House

You’ll love whiling away the hours at this modern villa. Stylishly simple and minimalist in nature, it has just what you need to enjoy a sun-drenched summer on the Cypriot coast. We're talking about a private pool, a sunny terrace, and a breezy open-plan living space ideal for gatherings of friends and family. There are neighbours close by, so it's not the most secluded. But, if you want to stretch your legs a little, the nearest beach is a five-minute walk from home, as are shops and restaurants. The lively town of Ayia Napa is also a fifteen-minute drive away – with its bustling nightlife and bevvy of eateries, you’ll be spoilt for choice. 

Under the Cypriot Sun

Nothing quite says beach living like crisp white and deep blue interiors, poolside lounging, and expansive windows that allow plenty of natural light to stream in. Of course, close proximity to the sea doesn’t hurt, and this villa lies only a short walk away from Perera Beach. Spend days in the salty surf, only getting up to stroll the boardwalk in search of an ice cream cone. 

Forgetting about time is encouraged here, so if you find yourself out late, stop by the restaurants lining the boardwalk for an authentic dinner before returning home. Alternatively, stock up on ingredients for vegetable skewers and marinated chicken and fire up the grill back at the villa for a barbecue at sundown. 

When you aren't at the beach, spend days at home in and around the pool – occupy a sun lounger with a book in one hand and a glass of wine in the other. Stay out after dark for a bit of stargazing before watching a family movie on the plush sofa. 

Aphrodite's Cove

Perfectly situated just a five-minute stroll from the nearest beach, this gorgeous villa is set right in the heart of Protaras village. A popular tourist hotspot with plenty to see and do, you'll have a choice of bars, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep.

Newly built and fitted with a host of contemporary but comfortable furnishings, this place promises to keep you cosy and relaxed throughout your stay, so if you're hoping for somewhere with an authentic 'home from home' feel, then this is it.

Make no mistake, though. This place may be snug and homey, but it's certainly got that luxury appeal, too. How does a private swimming pool sound? Decked outdoor dining area? Adding a slice of finery to your trip, this home is kitted out with a host of extravagant amenities - and the surrounding sights are equally impressive.

For a day out with something for everyone, head to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay. Famed for its crystal clear waters and soft sandy beaches, this idyllic spot is perfect for sun-seekers and swimmers alike. Slip on your favourite beachwear, grab a brandy sour from the bar and get set to seize the day however you see fit. 

After a busy day exploring Protaras many sights and sounds, get set to retreat to the villa for a barbecue on the decking with some of Cyprus' best-loved bites. Think charred halloumi, succulent kleftiki and mounds of crisp leaves and juicy tomatoes. A feast fit for Aprodite herself, fill your tummy before lounging back on the corner sofa and taking a moment to properly unwind.

I'm Never Leaving

With clean-cut, whitewashed exteriors, this coastal home has enough room for everyone, with five bedrooms over three storeys, plus a pool and games room. Large, sliding glass doors make the transition from indoors to outdoors seamless, though thanks to the position of neighbouring homes, it isn't the most private, especially on the terrace. But the location means that even if you don't drive, you won't be at a loss. You'll have your pick of restaurants and bars within a few minutes' walk, and the golden Vathia Gonia beach is just down the road.

The Aqua Rose

Just 600m from the famous Fig Tree beach, this villa certainly knocks it out of the park when it comes to location. It overlooks the glistening waters of the Mediterranean, so days spent basking in the rays and swimming in the sea are a given. In between sunbathing sessions, explore Protaras – sample Cypriot cuisine at the local restaurants, browse the trinkets at the souvenir shops or wander through Cape Greco National Forest Park in search of breathtaking views.

When you're not out and about, this contemporary seafront pad is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Make a splash in the crystal-clear pool, then sink into one of the lounge chairs, a cocktail in hand, and dry off in the sun. Another peaceful spot is the Roman-style courtyard, where you can listen to the trickle of the water feature as you curl up with a well-thumbed book. 

Of course, with vistas like that – and trust us, they're pretty spectacular – you'll want to make the most of them, inside and out. That's why we love the sliding glass doors. Seamlessly connecting the breezy living space with the deck, you'll be able to admire the rolling waves no matter what you're up to, be it cooking dinner in the kitchen, lounging on the sofa or sharing a bottle of wine around the dining table. Sounds dreamy, doesn't it?

A Star on the Water

This villa is a practical base in Protaras, one of Cyprus' most exciting resort towns. The area is perfect for exploring, whether you want to enjoy the sandy beaches, snorkel in the coastal caves, or enjoy a night out on the town. What's more, a private swimming pool, a sunny terrace, and a balcony await you back home – although neighbouring villas overlook the outside spaces, so they're not the most secluded. Despite the basic design, the home has everything you need for a stress-free stay. In fact, all of the bedrooms have sea views – ideal for soaking in the scenery first thing in the morning.
