Sun-Kissed Retreat

Just a short walk from the main strip in Cyprus, this villa offers a tranquil place to rest your head. Modern in style, you can enjoy a seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living with a stay here – and the private pool will be a welcome sight when you need some respite from the Cypriot heat. If the buzzing nightlife of the nearby strip isn’t your thing, the picturesque Blue Flag beach, Fig Tree Bay, surely will be. Dip your toes into the calm waters or enjoy the adrenaline kick of some watersports – the choice is yours. 

Cypriot Soul

Situated just a three-minute walk from the nearest white-sand beach – this villa has a great location for beach lovers. Just 4 kilometres away is the resort of Protaras, where you’ll find beautiful beaches including the famous Fig Tree Bay, as well as international restaurants, cafes and a thriving night-time scene as well. The villa itself has that all-important private swimming pool, and the main bedroom has a balcony with wonderful sea and countryside views. This place is ideal for families – your host provides a free cot and high chair too.

A Sunbeam's Dream

This Cypriot villa is situated close to the resort town of Pernera, but not so central that you'll be bothered by the noise. You'll find restaurants and bars an easy walk away, so you can holiday without a car if you so wish. The two double bedrooms enjoy their own balconies with views, but the upstairs bedrooms do mean this home won't be suitable for those that struggle with stairs. The swimming pool is the jewel of this home – it can be heated for an additional cost, and has plenty of seating for tanning or alfresco dining.

Pernera Birdsong

You can't get more beachfront than at The property, with the scenic golden coastline just a few metres from your doorstep. A slice of paradise for those seeking a beachy Cyprus escape, there's nothing quite like waking up each morning to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Nestled in a quiet corner outside of Protaras, you're in the perfect position to explore Cyprus' bustling resorts. In just a short drive, you'll reach its mouth-watering restaurants, local bars, and vibrant shopping scene – you won't run out of things to do. Its white-sand Blue Flag beach is a highlight, with sun loungers on hand for topping up the tan and plenty of water sports on offer.
The property is a beautiful mix of old and new, fusing traditional Mediterranean charm with light, contemporary features. The interiors are welcoming and warm, with flowing marbled tiles and grand pillars that complement the modern furniture and simple décor. Extremely spacious and designed in an open-plan concept, the lounge has large, plush corner sofas to sink into after a busy day of sightseeing. A modern masterpiece, the kitchen is a chef's dream with ample worktop space, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar. Across the villa, you'll find three doubles and two twin bedrooms, all with windows that frame the sublime sea views.
Just imagine relaxing by your own private pool while the sea glistens in the background, the crisp sea breeze calming you into relaxation. The view is eye-popping, with endless panoramas of the dazzling Mediterranean at every turn. Our favourite area is the lush gardens, fringed with palm trees and lapped by the turquoise waters. Dotted with sofas and sun beds, it's impossible not to feel at zen at The property. A stylish outdoor dining area under the shaded veranda calls for balmy evenings with cocktails at sunset or feasting on local delicacies cooked on the barbecue.

To make the most of the wonderful sea views and seafront position, this property does not have a boundary fence/hedge to the far end of the garden, allowing direct access to the seafront. Please ensure that children remain supervised at all times.

Sun-Kissed Earth

Nestled in trees and just a ten-minute walk from the beach, we see why Skies of Blue is drenched in beach-vibes. Be it al-fresco brunches or hours of lounging by the poolside, this intimate home works best for families and groups of friends. Head to Paralimni, a town three kilometres away, for more sandy beaches, delicious food and a beautiful fishing harbour. If you love day trips, drive to National Forest Park Kavo Gkreko. The under-the-radar biking and hiking trails take you across clear waters, pine forests and spectacular ruins.

Skies of Blue

With beautiful Mediterranean Sea views, this villa is the ideal Cypriot retreat. Enjoy the seascape from the hot tub on the roof terrace. Or go for a refreshing dip in the pool with its elegant Roman steps. Then dry off on a sun lounger next to the fragrant plants – we love this home. 

You're still connected to the outdoors when inside, thanks to the villa's design – one wall is made entirely from glass, providing incredible vistas from all bedrooms. Relax or entertain in the open plan living room decorated in crisp white with soft greys and splashes of vibrant blue, mirroring the ocean beyond. 

If you fancy a swim in the sea, Malama Beach is 400 metres away. The villa is situated in the coastal village of Kapparis on the eastern coast of Cyprus, so you'll find lots of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Or explore the town of Paralimni, four kilometres away.



Tulipa Cypria

Brand new and shining bright, this villa sits in a seaside neighbourhood of Paralimni town on Cyprus’ east coast. It’s just 300 metres from the nearest sandy beach, and the coastline here is a picture-perfect mix of rocky outcrops and soft-sand bays against a turquoise-blue sea. Paralimni town centre is within walking distance (or a short drive away) where you’ll find supermarkets for supplies, restaurants and a handful of bars. 

The villa itself is ultra-modern, yet the bright white facade is in keeping with Cypritic tradition. A rectangular turquoise swimming pool awaits in the back garden, the perfect tonic to hot days on the island. Swim a few laps before spreading out on a sun lounger. A shaded dining table by the poolside is ideal for alfresco lunches, perhaps provided by the barbecue. At sunset, the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to relax with a cold drink in hand. 

The open-plan living area is a great spot for socialising, with a big sofa, dining table and kitchen with a sit-up breakfast bar. We like the beachy touches of wicker lampshades and soft grey ceramics. You’ll find the bedrooms upstairs, and each one has its own balcony for a quiet moment’s contemplation.  

Shine Like a Diamond

Take the short 100-metre stroll from this home and you’ll find yourself on Trinity Beach. It’s also within walking distance of Protaras’ restaurants and shops – making this a great option for an easy-going coastal escape. And for relaxing days at home, there’s a private pool, a roof terrace and plenty of space for groups to stretch out. This won’t be the best option for those seeking privacy and seclusion due to the location, but it’s a great choice for families seeking ease and convenience – your host can help organise a range of child-friendly amenities. 

Moon on the Horizon

Nestled in a quiet corner of Cyprus, this sleek villa boasts a private plunge pool and stunning sea views. There are several sunny and shaded spots for dining alfresco, with a well-equipped summer kitchen on the terrace and a trampoline and football goal on the grass for children. Little ones may need supervision on the striking spiral staircase at the side of the home, leading up to the rooftop terrace. Here you'll find outdoor seating and a hot tub which can be used for an additional fee. The intimate Malama Beach is an easy walk away, but for visiting Aiya Napa and exploring Cyprus's Blue Flag beaches, you might want a car.

The Green Gossip

This modern villa provides the perfect setting for creating lots of happy memories with your loved ones. Located in a peaceful spot, just a 10-minute walk away from the nearest beach in Ayia Triada, and close to great shops, lovely restaurants, and vibrant bars. The home is designed in a cool and contemporary style, with glossy tiled floors, decorative stonework and floor-to-ceiling windows. It also features some fantastic amenities, including the private outdoor pool that is very inviting on hot summer days.

Wake up on sunny Cyprus mornings and throw open the curtains to bring the outside in. Make a pot of coffee and sip on it in your alfresco lounge area while enjoying the stunning surroundings. Cool off from the rising heat with a dip in your outdoor pool, before grilling up some Cypriot sausages on your barbecue. Enjoy spending the afternoon relaxing on a poolside lounger with a good book. When the evenings roll in, head up to your balcony with a Zivania cocktail and share a toast while you watch the sunset.
