While you can discover the local area on foot, we recommend a car for ease – Paphos is less than a 15 minute drive away.

We would love to start our mornings here with an iced frappe coffee on the balcony before lounging in the Cyprus sunshine and cooling off in the waters of the pool.

Spend your days on Coral beach – reachable in a short walk – either relaxing on the sands, paddling in the waves, or going on water sports adventures. What’s more, this home is within walking distance of the bus stop that goes to Paphos’ main harbour for great daytrips. 

Then, in the evening, the home’s living area opens right out onto the sun terrace where you can enjoy an alfresco dinner of souvlaki, cooked fresh on the barbecue.

This home is located within a resort, so the pool and outdoor areas are communal. This area is known for its sunsets, so the apartment’s balcony is just the spot to enjoy sundowners. At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, and we feel like the bathrooms could do with a refresh. Still, if you’re seeking a comfortable pad to unwind between beach days, this is a great option.

You’ll also have access to the shared swimming pool – perfect for beating the heat when you don’t fancy walking to the beach.

Occupying a prime spot just a short drive from Paphos city centre and Vrexi Beach, this apartment is an ideal base from which to explore southwest Cyprus. The bathrooms here are dated, but all is forgiven thanks to the private balcony and communal pool access. It’s worth noting that two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area if you’ll be staying as a group of six – fine for a short break, but it may not be ideal if you want ample space for socialising.

You can't get more central than Coral Bay, Peyia. Located an amazing 40m from the centre of the resort, this beautiful villa is a great choice for those who don't want to hire a car. The nearest deli is right next door to the property, whilst an array of other eateries including sushi restaurants, bar and grills, cafe lounges and local tavernas are all a stone's throw away. Pop to the nearby supermarket and stock up on some delicious local produce, ready for a Cypriot feast of marinated kebabs and cool tzatziki dips back at the villa. For alfresco dining, Coral Bee boasts a tropical terrace with a brick-built BBQ, great for cooking outdoors. Spend your days lazing by the pool on one of the reclining sun loungers and take a dip in the 8x4m pool to cool off from the midday sun.
Inside, the villa is bright and airy, with whitewashed walls and cool floor tiles. There's also air conditioning throughout to keep you cool on those warm summer days. There's a cosy living room with a smart TV on the ground floor, ideal for movie nights in with the family.
