The sandy Zurriola Beach is a five-minute stroll away (perfect for surfing), while Old Town is walkable in ten – if that's not central, we don't know what it is. There's only room for two to sit comfortably, but it's the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of sangria as the sun goes down.

That being said, we don’t think you’ll need the kitchen too often given that you’re visiting one of the world’s greatest culinary cities. Located just behind the Beach of La Concha, you can easily access all that makes San Sebastian such a popular destination – enjoy relaxing strolls along the beach, sample the Old Town’s traditional pintxos, admire the impressive Art Nouveau architecture or visit neighbouring Playa de la Zurriola for an afternoon of surfing. Personally, we think a trip to San Sebastian is always a good idea, no matter the weather or time of year. And that’s where this home comes into play. Light and airy, the apartment is nicely decorated with a contemporary style. A highlight is the balcony off the master bedroom, accessed through the large French doors. The flat is located just a few streets from the beach of Zurriola, a beautiful stretch of sand for a stroll on a cold winter’s day and the perfect spot for sunbathing and surfing in the summer. Located in the city centre, it’s about a twenty-minute walk to San Sebastian’s Old Town, where you’ll find the highest concentration of its famous pintxos bars and restaurants. You’re also just a short walk from La Concha beach and its beautiful Belle Époque restaurant and spa. But what’s really special about this home is that you’ll have free on-site parking. Now that may not seem like a big deal, but in a city that is filled with winding, narrow streets and charges high prices for parking, you’ll be grateful to have a hassle-free place to keep your car. It is worth noting, however, that due to this home’s first-floor position, it can be a little bit noisy during the day when children play at the park across the street. Still, with so much going on in this vibrant city, we doubt you’ll be spending much time at home anyway.
