The best spot to appreciate this is from the living room that benefits from three curved Georgian windows, but Brighton Pier can also be spotted from two of the bedrooms, too. As well as making this home a great vantage point for catching the city's famous starling murmurations, it also brings in copious amounts of natural light, which dances satisfyingly off the wooden floor and cleansingly white walls. Renovated in 2020, the interior feels thoroughly modern, but the choice of classic furnishings, including the antique dining table, pays homage to Brighton's long and regal history. It's also easy to get a flavour of the city's heritage from the fabulous location in the Kemptown neighbourhood. The Royal Pavilion, for instance, is only fifteen minutes' walk away, while the Palace Pier takes less than ten.

Set out over four levels, with each bedroom commanding a floor to itself, you'll love how spread out the home feels. This home is an Art Deco themed showstopper that would delight any aspiring flapper. With bespoke 1920's themed furniture and original retro features, a stay here is like stepping back in time to the Jazz Age. We especially love the mirrored cocktail bar, worthy of any speakeasy, and the impressive home cinema with its red bucket chairs and huge TV hidden behind a theatrical curtain. The kitchen is a retro daydream with its restored English Rose units and the bedrooms continue the Art Nouveau theme to the letter (the dressing table in the master bedroom is just like something your grandmother would’ve had).
