Outside, you'll find a gravelled front garden and a scenic rear patio. When you're ready to explore, hop in the car and head to Cheltenham, Gloucester or Stroud – all within easy driving distance.

Green Valley Views

Cheltenham is quite the crowd-pleaser. Sitting on the edge of the Cotswolds, the place is a heady mix of new styles and old traditions: from horse racing to Jazz, Science and Music festivals, plus a burgeoning food scene – people flock from far and wide to sample this quintessentially English town. And your apartment, overlooking Clarence Square, slots in seamlessly. There’s an understated elegance to the interiors – the tones are muted and well-considered to create a space that’s both sophisticated and inviting. While you already have everything you need to ensure a blissful stay – the kitchen’s fully equipped and the super king size bed is absurdly comfortable – your host is on hand to make it that bit more special with a choice of optional extras. Perhaps you’ll pick the breakfast hamper, or if your team’s in the playoffs, go for the Sky Sports package. When it’s time to explore, Pittville Park is a ten-minute walk away for morning strolls that clear the cobwebs and picnics when the weather is nice. Montpellier, the smartest part of town, with tasting menu restaurants and farm-to-table eateries, is only a twenty-minute stroll from your doorstep.

No Place I'd Rather Be

Situated in the heart of Cheltenham, this cute one-bedroom apartment provides the perfect base for those in town for a weekend escape or here on business during the week. Enter via the light and airy conservatory featuring an elegant dining area and a plush chaise longue which also doubles up as a study or spot to work from home if you're bringing a laptop. It's a beautifully soothing space to relax and unwind with a glass of wine in hand. The open plan living area and kitchen is equally as relaxing – decked out in a cream colour palette with warm tones, pale wooden flooring and sumptuous golden accents throughout. Huge floor-to-ceiling length windows invite in plenty of natural daylight and you'll have a grassy view of the lawn out at the front too. Perfectly positioned to explore Cheltenham and a wealth of pleasant eateries, pubs and shops on foot, the University of Gloucestershire is also just 3 kilometres from the apartment, while the Cheltenham Cricket club resdies right behind the property – only two minutes away. 



Touch of Gold

In the heart of Gloucester, this fuss-free home puts all the sights within walking distance. Whether you want to grab a bite to eat, marvel at the Cathedral, or catch a game at the Kingsholm Rugby Stadium, you'll be well-placed to get out and about. Back home, there isn't much space to spread out – especially with the sofa bed in use – but the contemporary interiors are a relaxing respite from the hustle and bustle. There's a well-appointed kitchen if you fancy a home-cooked meal, and the dining table also doubles as a desk for remote workers. Plus, with free permit parking available, exploring the Cotswolds is a breeze.

Gloucester Gem

This quaint cottage is the quintessential Cotswolds hideaway. The outside is picture perfect: roses and honeysuckle creep up the walls, built in Cotswolds limestone alongside the classic mint green paintwork. Inside, the exposed stonework and wooden beams have been preserved, while each room is decorated to an exacting standard. The kitchen is a joy to cook in, with sunlight streaming through the window. Chic mid century furniture, rattan rugs and pops of plant life will have you taking notes. 

Upstairs, the pièce de resistance is the standalone bath in the master bedroom, replete with luxury toiletries, where you can soak after a day of exploring. The cottage is nestled in a quiet street in Painswick, a traditional, incredibly pretty Cotswolds village. You are within eight minutes walk of a handful of excellent country pubs, as well as shops and local amenities. The Painswick Rococo garden is a stunning, peaceful place to wander around, complete with a maze, blooming flowers and 18th century architecture, and can be reached in seventeen minutes on foot. There is also a market every Thursday morning in the village, where you can buy food and local wares. 

Queen of The Cotswolds

Deep in the heart of the Cotswolds, we found this idyllic home to be an ideal setting for a romantic escape. Both Glouster and Cheltenham are a short drive away, but beautiful nature, picturesque villages, and country pubs accessible via cross-country walks are the main draw here. As it's an annex, you won't be completely secluded outside, but the home is yours alone and has a private entrance. While there are plenty of welcome authentic touches – especially the wooden lintels and exposed brickwork – the sloping ceiling in the bedroom might inconvenience taller guests.

Tranquil Nature Escape

Rather aptly for an apartment on a street called Queen's Circus, this home is really rather regal. Some of that is down to the tall ceilings, period features and tall sash windows looking out over Imperial Gardens, but it's all the little design touches, too — the chandeliers and oversized, ornate mirror frames add a touch of class in the living space and bedrooms, while the rainfall shower and elegant free-standing tub bring spa-level amenities to the bathrooms. The kitchen is both large and dazzlingly white, perfect for any culinary experimentation you have in mind. Alternatively, you're more than welcome to leave it completely unused, as there's a wide array of restaurants available in the surrounding Montpellier neighbourhood. If the weather's kind during your visit, Sandford Parks Lido can be reached in fifteen minutes' on foot, while you can be in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in ten minutes' drive.

Royal Sweet

When we first saw this Cotswold cottage, we fell in love. As pretty as a picture and filled with subtle hints of rustic charm while still maintaining its modern appeal, there’s a lot to love about it. With wooden beams adding a dash of country charm and private gardens blooming with wild magnolia in grounds that house an adjoining manor, this is the type of place where you’ll cosy up by the fire with some hot cocoa after a day of enjoying woodland walks and cobblestone towns.

The Secret Wing

With its melon-green couch, wall of mirrors and statement orange sculpture, this place feels more like a headlining art exhibition than apartment – fitting, given its stylish Montpellier location. It’s plenty comfortable too, the king-size beds are dressed in Egyptian cotton and the kitchenette is appointed with cooking essentials, making mid-week dinners a cinch. If work is on the agenda, there’s a dedicated desk space to set up your laptop but if you’ve got all the time in the world, step out and explore your neighbourhood. The leafy Montpellier Gardens are directly across the road, perfect for mood-boosting strolls on crisp mornings and picnics when it’s warm. If you’re here in the springtime, stick around to catch established and emerging artists perform at the famous Jazz Festival held on the lawns. Pick out retro gems in the nearby vintage boutiques or take the ten-minute mosey into the heart of Cheltenham for international restaurants and chain retail stores.

Montpellier Muse

The journey to this home is one of winding country lanes. You'll find it tucked away in the Painswick Valley amidst a patchwork quilt of verdant slopes, dense woodland and Cotswold stone. 

Formerly the stables for a nearby manor house, this exquisitely renovated home, dating back to the year eighteen-twenty-five, exudes rural charm from the outset with its honey-hued stone facade. Step inside and discover an open-plan canvas of lofty ceilings adorned with timber beams and ample windows ushering in floods of sunlight. Between adventures, you'll love kicking back on the plush sofas with a book from the built-in library and preparing delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen.

Outside, vast grounds invite you to relax in the splendour of your surroundings. Enjoy tea and toast alfresco on the lawn, fuelling up for endless rounds of tennis on the private court. If you fancy exploring, take a two-minute stroll into the historic beech forest of Cranham Woods or up the hill to the Painswick Beacon for panoramic valley views. Less than a ten-minute drive away, Painswick Rococo Gardens and the golf course are ideal for a day trip, and for a spot of culture, the historic spa towns of Gloucester and Cheltenham are just twenty minutes away by car.

Woodland Paradise

This charming barn conversion is quintessentially Cotswolds, with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and flagstone floors. A self-contained annexe, attached to the host's home, you'll find this cosy spot in a pretty village just ten-minutes' drive from Cheltenham. Inside, the old blends with the new, thanks to underfloor heating and a modern kitchen and bathroom. The ground floor space is open and sociable, and there's a garden room (which doubles as a second bedroom) opening to a lovely terrace with far-reaching views. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it's a walker's paradise, and the home has paths that run from the rear to various trails, including the Cotswolds Way. A thirty-five minute walk will take you to a grand country hotel for lunch and it's just a little further to the pub. 

Wise Owl

Every corner of this enchanting cottage tells a unique story, adorned with treasures collected from the owners' extensive travels. Perfect for a family on a Cotswold getaway, it certainly makes for a cosy retreat – with the roll top bath, wood burner, and sun-kissed garden for warmer months only adding to its appeal. If you can tear yourself away from the views over the village green, the local area is a treat. Discover farmers' markets, antique shops, and charming Cotswold towns, including Cheltenham and Stroud. After something a little different? Take an alpaca for a walk in the neighbouring village of Cowley. This is a home where memories are made.
