In Notting Hill, it’s close to shops and restaurants, with Portobello Road Market just an eight-minute walk away. The apartment is bright and welcoming, with floor-to-ceiling windows and neutral-toned decor. It’s elegant and comfortable, with a sleek, modern kitchen that can be concealed when you’ve finished cooking. This contemporary home is an excellent pied-à-terre. 

Portobello Charms

With chic Holland Park and the ever-popular Kensington High Street within walking distance – this home has a fantastic location. Attractions nearby include Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and the Design Museum, to name a few. There is an array of renowned restaurants and bars on your doorstep too. Back at this abode, the accommodation is spread over three floors. There’s an elegant dining room for entertaining your guests and a home office, should you need to catch up on important business while away.

Kensington Rose

There's something truly whimsical about this Fulham home which we love. For instance, not every place has a swan's head (with a crown no less) watching over proceedings. The absolute highlight here, though, is the pretty, sunny garden – the rattan sofa, surrounded by scented climbers, is the perfect spot for cocktails. Back through the Crittal style patio windows, you'll find a stylish kitchen with a dining area and, beyond that, an elegant living room with period character features such as a bay window. At the end of a busy day in London, we can't think of anything better than having a long luxurious soak in the silver freestanding bath.

Located in the leafy, sought-after neighbourhood of Parsons Green, you'll have an array of restaurants and bars nearby. If you crave more green space, go for a stroll around Eel Brook Common, within a fifteen-minute walk. Or explore the rest of London – Parsons Green Station, on the Wimbledon branch of the District line, is under five minutes on foot.





The Swan Lake

This penthouse home caught our eye for its private balcony with views of the London Skyline. Located in a quiet street in sought-after Holland Park, the open-plan living area is well set up for socialising. And the floor-to-ceiling windows mean you can enjoy the cityscape from inside as well as out. You’ll find parks, cafes, and restaurants on the doorstep, and with three Tube stations within walking distance, popping into central London is a breeze. We think this penthouse pad is a great choice for a stylish group getaway.

Penthouse in the Capital

Tucked away one of London's most sought-after postcodes, this Georgian mews home has plenty of character and style. Within close proximity to many of London's main museums, spend your days soaking up the culture and history of the area, or jump on the tube to be taken to London's main attractions in minutes. Kensington itself is home to an array of chic cafes and international eateries, which will prove very convenient if you fancy stopping for a bite to eat on the way home.

With an outdoor patio to the front of the house, wind down on summer evenings with a glass of wine while taking in the original architecture, before heading inside for a long hot bubble bath. Wind down on the velvet sofa in the living space until it's time to get some rest in the comfortable beds.

Magenta Mews

Housed in a newly built and luxurious six-storey block, this spacious two-bed apartment enjoys an enviable West London location. In keeping with your well-heeled surroundings, the flat is fitted out with top-spec appliances and comfort cooling to keep you feeling fresh as the rest of London rushes to panic buy fans. The apartment also benefits from a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a crisp G&T at the end of the day and a porter to keep things running smoothly.  Wander the streets of West London, and within a five-minute walk, you can sample the food, culture and shopping on offer on Kensington High Street. If you prefer your shopping experiences less exposed to inclement weather, then Westfield London is packed with all your favourite shops and is less than a mile away. You're well set when it comes to transport, as you're under an hour from all the major airports, and Shepherd's Bush tube station is around a ten-minute walk away, providing you with an all-access pass to explore the rest of the capital. 

A Gift from Kyoto

Sleek and modern, this apartment is a great fit for families or small groups of friends in search of a city bolthole. Slide across the bi-folding doors and open up the living area to your private outside space, creating the perfect layout for socialising. You'll find everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a bright desk space for working remotely. It's worth noting that the twin single beds can be converted into a super-king-sized bed upon request. The home is also short on wardrobe space, so pack light. Location-wise, you're less than a twenty-five-minute walk from Westfield Shopping Centre, while the Stamford Brook Tube station lies just thirteen minutes away on foot. 

Black Jack

This penthouse apartment is tucked away in one of Kensington's charming red brick buildings. Part of a conservatory area, you’ll be a short walk from shops, restaurants, museums, and a Tube station, making it easy to explore both near and far. The interiors are traditional and understated – there's a cosy living area, a well-appointed kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms. That said, the star of the show is the enormous roof terrace, where you can perch with a glass of wine and admire the views of the communal garden across the street.

Crimson & Chestnut

Sophisticated and oh-so-stylish, this apartment is a wonderful base in central London. In Kensington, this home is close to countless shops, cafes, and restaurants. You’ll also be mere moments from the Design Museum and Holland Park. Excellent transport links make it a breeze to see the rest of the city, whether you’re staying for business or leisure. The apartment offers unparalleled comfort and luxury, with 100% Turkish bedding and attractive decor. Two of the bedrooms have balconies, and you’ll have a terrace to unwind on.

Queen of Kensington

A warm and welcoming family home in the heart of West London, this beautiful townhouse is the ideal base for you and your family to make the most of your time in the capital. Inside, the open kitchen/living room is the heart, with a large range cooker that's perfect for family feasts, with a nice breakfast table and cosy living room, complete with lots of books and a roaring fireplace. We can imagine lazy Sunday afternoons snoozing on the sofa after a roast. Upstairs, you'll find a second sitting room, with a laptop-friendly workspace in case those emails can't wait. All three bedrooms are decorated in neutral grey tones that help you unwind after a busy day, though the third bedroom mixes things up with some fun printed wallpaper, plus there's plenty of storage space so you can unpack and feel truly at home. At the very top of the house, you'll find a rooftop terrace overlooking the neighbourhood. It's an excellent spot for sundowners at the end of a busy day. And if you prefer your pints on draught, there are a couple of great local pubs. Elsewhere, Ravenscourt Park and the River Thames are close by, while the vast Westfield shopping centre takes care of your shopping needs. There isn't much need to venture into Central, but if you'd like to catch a show, then you're just over half an hour from London's glittering West End on the Piccadilly Line.
