Find yourself in Leamington Spa's centre in less than five minutes on foot, and enjoy the array of luxury boutiques and trendy eateries on offer. The pretty town of Warwick is just a ten-minute drive away, home to an enchanting medieval castle built by William the Conqueror. This fascinating landmark makes for a memorable day out, with guided tours appealing to adults and children alike.

It’s rich in character and original features, including an inglenook fireplace and wooden beams. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, making this home as convenient as it is comfortable. The kitchen leads to a terrace and a serene cottage garden, where there’s also a pond. You’ll be just 3 miles from beautiful Bourton-on-the-Water and 4 miles from Stow-on-the-Wold, right in the heart of the Cotswolds. 

The Carriage Door

Rustic and homespun, this quaint home is perfect for large families or groups of friends. It's set in the sleepy village of Baston, a picturesque stretch of greenery and welcoming pubs. 

Built in the 1750's yet installed with modern fittings, it expertly blends a traditional vibe with contemporary designs. Think low-hanging wooden beams next to high-quality kitchen equipment. 

In the winter or autumn months, the living room warms up with the heat of the fireplace, creating a cosy haven to spend your evenings. When the sun shines on the stone exterior, sit out on the dreamy garden table next to the water. Idyllic and peaceful, it's a serene spot to tuck into breakfast or just sit with a glass of wine. 

If you fancy heading out of the home, Baston is formed by scenic walking trails along the river. If you're taking your dog, they'll love the open green spaces and woodland areas.

For the days where you fancy some urban comforts, Peterborough and Stamford are just a short drive away. Stamford is a postcard-picture town – cobbled streets are lined with homely pubs and authentic cafes. Spend a day perusing the shops, exploring the market and sipping a beer in the pub garden.

We love the dining room. With its traditional, lanterned ceiling and large wooden table, there’s no better place to enjoy a spot of evening entertainment with friends and family. Gather around, pop open the bubbly and while the night away with board games, nibbles, fun and laughter before sprawling out in your snuggly bed for a well–deserved night’s sleep.

For those visiting during the cooler months, the wood burning stove promises to keep you toasty and snug, meanwhile in the summer, the south–facing garden presents the ideal spot to soak up the sun. First of all, the pretty courtyard garden is ideal for an alfresco meal or evening drink. Inside, there’s a cosy, warm and inviting living room with ochre yellow walls. Gather around the log burner effect fire when the weather turns chilly and read one of the classic books or play a game with the pack of cards here. 

Upstairs, we love the views from the master bedroom over the charming street with its higgledy-piggledy Cotswold stone houses. This home is just the ticket for a couple looking for a romantic countryside break.

Situated in the gorgeous Evenlode Valley, Charlbury is surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside. There are so many lovely walks to enjoy, including one along the River Evenlode to Ditchley Park. Hikers can also take advantage of the Oxfordshire Way, which passes through the town. For everyday needs, there’s a convenience store 300 metres away. A farmer’s market is also held quarterly on the 2nd Saturday in March, June, September, and December. 

Or pop to the local deli, just a one-minute walk from this home. It’s the same distance to the pub, a 16th-century coaching inn if you fancy a hearty meal or just a drink. Other attractions in the area include Blenheim Palace, which is 11 kilometres from this adorable cottage.

You’ll find this Grade II listed home just a stone’s throw from Stow-on-the-Wold and Lower Swell – in other words, perfectly placed to explore the Cotswolds. Full of charm, it’s the little added luxuries that make this space special for us. A copper bath, wood burner, and a section of glass floor showcasing the source of the spa waters below are just some of the touches you can enjoy. If you’re not soaking up the rolling countryside views from the garden, the nearby hiking trails will have you pulling on your boots and heading out to explore in no time.

Nestled in the heart of Chipping Norton, this stunning home offers an unforgettable luxury experience in the English countryside. Your stay in the charming Cotswolds will be elevated with the cinema room, hidden bar, fully equipped gym, and massage room, providing plenty of entertainment and relaxation options. Upstairs you’ll find two tastefully coloured bedrooms alongside a gorgeously bright bathroom with a tadelakt finish. Downstairs to the rear of the cottage, inspiration has been drawn from the Japanese onsens, manifesting in a garden spa bathroom complete with cedar shingles and exposed brick, which opens out onto a private courtyard. Outside, your hosts’ passion shines through even more, with handmade willow fences and sunshade. To the front of the cottage is a herb and flower-filled garden in which you can spend summer days dining alfresco or lazing about on one of two deck chairs.

Set in the centre of the Cotswolds, you are perfectly positioned for exploring the north and south of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty at your leisure. The picturesque town of Bibury is just a ten-minute drive away, while Roman ruins lie six minutes in the other direction in Cirencester. Closer to home, why not take a stroll to The Gilbertine for a spot of brunch, or try out the Village Inn at Barnsley, or The Crown at Ampney, both just a five-minute drive away.

Bursting with Bloom

Only a mile from Winchcombe and Sudeley Castle, this pocket-sized hideaway is a perfect fit for two. We love how cosy and bright the living space is. Brimming with character, this honey-hued stone cottage is the definition of a Cotswolds charmer. Inside, a cosy fireplace sets the scene for a relaxing stay. We love the mix of traditional features alongside the more contemporary touches – the kitchen is particularly modern and has all the essentials you’ll need. Step outside and you’ll find a small but sunny garden, perfect for morning coffees and evening cocktails. Location-wise, Chipping Campden is 1.5 miles away and offers a range of independent shops, village pubs, and pretty walks through the surrounding countryside.

Primrose & Honey

Welcome to a rural retreat that serves up not only the perfect idyllic location, surrounded by fields but also bags of style and comfort. There's nothing rustic about this place, with underfloor heating, window walls and a high-end kitchen and bathroom. A modern oak barn that feels private and secluded, it's the ideal space to get away from it all and enjoy a slower pace of life.

Start your day with coffee at the breakfast bar, and decide between a long walk in the Chilterns and exploring the nearby towns and villages (we recommend the market town of Thame, just an eight-minute drive away). But if you're here to go completely off the radar for a few days, that's fine too – there's nothing stopping you from lounging in the garden hammock all day, soaking in the private hot tub and streaming your favourite shows on TV. And as the sun begins to set, light the barbecue and enjoy your meal on the patio, before heading up to the balcony for the best view of the stars before bed.
