With no TV or Wifi, there are no distractions to pull you away from the countryside at this beautiful home in the Shropshire Hills. Converted from a hayloft in a Victorian stable block, original features like the wooden beams and porthole windows give the space a unique and rustic character. And if you prefer to dine out, it’s just a short walk to the pub, while nearby Stow-on-the-Wold and Broadway are also within easy driving distance.

Sitting atop Dover's Hill, this home boasts some of the finest views in the Cotswolds. It's a haven for amblers and outdoor enthusiasts. You're a stone's throw from the footpaths along the Cotswolds Way – perfect for walks with the dogs – while Chipping Campden and Moreton-in-Marsh are also nearby. Back home, the terrace is ideal for relaxing with a cup of tea (or something stronger) and admiring the idyllic scenery. Inside, an electric fireplace keeps things cosy during the cooler months, and there's even a vintage writer's desk for remote workers. Though there is a sofa bed here (which you can pay to use), we think it works best as a romantic retreat for two.
